Roku Voice Remote Pro

I have used Roku now for about 5 years I never watch cable there were free channels that you can watch movies TV shows and I'm not a paid advertisement such as Tubi, Fawesome, Filmrise channels plus YouTube that you can watch free things. Movies , TV shows, special events old TV shows even old episodes of Pilots that you haven't seen for years

I like everything about the remote. I can plug it on to recharge it. I can use an ear bud when my husband is sleeping. When I lose it my TV will find my remote. It has a mute button. It does have a channel short cut button , lt is a awesome remote

WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH OUR ROKUS. WE DONT HAVE CABLE OR AN ANTENNAE SO WE WATCH EVERYTHING UTILIZING ROKU. WE HAVE 7 TELEVISIONS IN OUR HOME. TWO WERE TAKEN FROM OUR TRAVEL TRAILERS WHEN SOLD. SO, THE OTHER FIVE (5) EACH HAVE THEIR OWN ROKU.

I bought it for the headphone jack. It works like a charm. Works on the newest ROKU %234850x and the older ROKU in the family room

voice is clear does more functions than I had expected there can be all kinds of noises...fans. heater or ac kicking on. air cleaner running, Outside mowers or loud noises and I don't miss anything on my tv. I LOVE this. Easy and no big price tag

Finally a remote with TV functions, mute, AND headphone jack! And it's rechargeable. When I need to add a portable A/C in my bedroom in the summer, its roar makes it difficult to hear my Roku Smart Soundbar without blasting. Tried this remote with headphones last night....perfection! I'm one happy camper.

So my daughter told me about this, and I decided to give it a try. You got me on the rechargeable aspect alone. I already own an Ultra, and both streaming sticks. Hands down this has to be the best streaming device out there. Price, and being able to use headphones are just a bonus. So, Keep up the good work and let me continue streaming!

This is a good remote, don't get me wrong. Love the rechargeable battery, the voice stuff, the solid construction. However, I have a Roku 4 and a Roku Ultra, both of which let me control the volume on the receiver with the Roku remote volume buttons. I paired this new remote, and no matter what, volume buttons will not control the volume like the Roku 4 and Ultra remotes do. Really strange. I ended up just re-pairing my old remotes. I really like the new design of this remote, but the volume not working any more is a deal-breaker.

Okay, so the problem was the remote came WITHOUT the earphones. It shows the earphones on the box and in the description. I did read this complaint ahead of time in the reviews, but that complaint was a couple years old. So, I took a chance (hoping that was just an oversight with that person's experience). I've wrote to the seller, hoping they'll make it right. That's a lot of money to spend on a remote to not receive all the pieces included. If they make it right, I'll update the complaint. If you don't see an update, then buyer beware! I do want to add that the shipping was on time, the remote was new, and the remote was as pictured on the box/website. I hope I get to update this and bring faith to the buyer. I hope this was an oversight and that's all it was. We were looking forward to that feature, because one of us goes to bed extremely early for work. The earphones were a solution to the tv seeming too loud, at the times when music starts playing during the shows/movies.

I have had to replace two remotes now and I can't even find the battery powered remote with shortcuts and remote finder anymore. Way to go Roku.....discontinue something that people like. What I hate about the rechargeable remote is that it can't be used while charging. The remote dies and then I have to wait. It used to be just pop in some new batteries and away you go. Not anymore. Oh.....I also love paying more for it. Thanks, Roku. All of my gear for three tv's are closer to going in the trash.
