Roku Voice Remote Pro

I have used Roku now for about 5 years I never watch cable there were free channels that you can watch movies TV shows and I'm not a paid advertisement such as Tubi, Fawesome, Filmrise channels plus YouTube that you can watch free things. Movies , TV shows, special events old TV shows even old episodes of Pilots that you haven't seen for years

WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH OUR ROKUS. WE DONT HAVE CABLE OR AN ANTENNAE SO WE WATCH EVERYTHING UTILIZING ROKU. WE HAVE 7 TELEVISIONS IN OUR HOME. TWO WERE TAKEN FROM OUR TRAVEL TRAILERS WHEN SOLD. SO, THE OTHER FIVE (5) EACH HAVE THEIR OWN ROKU.

I like everything about the remote. I can plug it on to recharge it. I can use an ear bud when my husband is sleeping. When I lose it my TV will find my remote. It has a mute button. It does have a channel short cut button , lt is a awesome remote

I bought it for the headphone jack. It works like a charm. Works on the newest ROKU %234850x and the older ROKU in the family room

voice is clear does more functions than I had expected there can be all kinds of noises...fans. heater or ac kicking on. air cleaner running, Outside mowers or loud noises and I don't miss anything on my tv. I LOVE this. Easy and no big price tag

Okay, so the problem was the remote came WITHOUT the earphones. It shows the earphones on the box and in the description. I did read this complaint ahead of time in the reviews, but that complaint was a couple years old. So, I took a chance (hoping that was just an oversight with that person's experience). I've wrote to the seller, hoping they'll make it right. That's a lot of money to spend on a remote to not receive all the pieces included. If they make it right, I'll update the complaint. If you don't see an update, then buyer beware! I do want to add that the shipping was on time, the remote was new, and the remote was as pictured on the box/website. I hope I get to update this and bring faith to the buyer. I hope this was an oversight and that's all it was. We were looking forward to that feature, because one of us goes to bed extremely early for work. The earphones were a solution to the tv seeming too loud, at the times when music starts playing during the shows/movies.
