Rollator Walker Assembly

I paid extra for my dilator walker to be assembled after delivery. It only took the assembly gentleman came and within one hour I was using the walker!! He was very kind and professional and I am so glad I paid for someone to assemble the rotator!! 😊

Kyle was very efficient in assembling the Nova Phoenix Rise UP Rollator. He used a furniture blanket to protect my floors and the rollator while assembling. He made all the adjustments necessary to make the walker work smoothly. Thanks for all your help today Kyle. Arrived earlier than scheduled after checking with me. This allowed me to get more done in my day. Thanks!

The 1st guy flaked after calling to reschedule. I called Angi, and they were amazing scheduling me a new Handyman. They apologized that there would be a delay, but I had to be away for a day, so it worked. The new guy was Amazing, definitely 5 Stars himself, and i now have someone to call in my strange new town.

The installer was GREAT! The process was terrible. I was told that I would get an email to set an appointment after it was delivered. Two days later I decided to contact Angi because I hadn't heard anything. The chat bot said I had an appointment that night at 7:30 PM ‼️ How can they install it outside in the Dark! Finally I convinced them to call me %26 he came earlier in the day and was very good.

Ordered assembly service item did not need it. Walmart should've flagged that instead of charging also item does not come with owners manual. You need to Google to find out what info you need to fix problems. They should tell you it doesn't come with owner manual and call the service you end up talking to AI which is useless.

We ordered a device that we rhought required assemby so we ordered the assesmby. We were pleased to see it arrived assembled. We thought it was assembled and shipped. Several days after the device arrived, I recieved a text message from an unknown number stating that our appointment for assembly was next. We had not received any sort of notification regarding the process or to consult with us on scheduling an appointment. The person I was texting gave me a number to call to cancel the appointment. The call was difficult to reach anyone. Once I did, I was told it would be at leasr 15 days for a refund of the service. I am still waiting for the refund. I would not utilize this service again.

I paid to have this chair assembled. I received a voicemail that the individual who was supposed to assemble the chair was at the gate. I was away from my home and had never received any prior communication from this person regarding scheduling a time for the chair assembly. I returned texted the individual asking when we could agree on a time for assembly and never heard a word back. I want my purchase price for assembly refunded immediately. I'm handicapped and unable to assemble the unit myself.

I ordered this chair for my 91 yo mother and I ordered the assembly for 69 dollars. I was not aware that it would come unassembled and you would have to send someone out here. I cancelled the order when I found this out. Walmart was supposed to put money back on my card and last night a gentleman came to put it together. I believe his name was Aiken and that is the only reason I gave you one star because he was very kind and accommodating but he gets a number 10. I asked for a refund but I think Walmart used the situation in deliberately sneaky way.

It has been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for someone to come out to put the Rollator together. A service I already paid for when I placed my order. Angi-Walmart is terrible and not reliable. I need Walmart to come out to put it together ASAP. For the delay and hassle I have had with Angi-Walmart I feel I am due a refund of the $69 I paid for this service, in addition to having someone from Walmart to come out personally to make it right! Do not send someone from Angi-Walmart!!!!!!

Service man came unannounced before he was even hired! He was from Handy Dandy on Angi. He was inexperienced and put 3 holes in the wall, without hitting a stud for the shower grab bar! Blamed it on Walmart not giving correct screws. Said Walmart s known for this. He left and never came back. I want to show you pictures of what he did. * I need repair for the damage he did, and I think Walmart or Angi should be responsible. Clearly I don't trust Angi service men!
