looks too flimsy for the job of carrying an oxygen tank as big as my mom's E size tanks. BUT it does the job much better than expected! The straps seem flimsy but the tension keeps them from slipping. Just don't leave a tank in while no one is in the chair,cas the bag and tank will pull it enough to try and put it into the folding storage position. Very easy to use, fits on the chair very well.

I have a lager size chair and it fits the large tanks and kept them secure. Unfortunately the conserver valve is above the back of the chair and catches your hair or jacket hood. My chair has a material type back and you cam feel the o2 tank all along it.

It did not fit the wheelchair at all. I had to modify it. It was very hard to put the tank into sleeve. When the tank was in the Sleeve the oxygen hose would be pinched shut most of the time. Next time I would buy a metal one.

I used it three times and one if the wheels had all ready fallen apart.
