Medline Comfortable Folding Wheelchair with Swing-Back Desk-Length Arms and Swing-Away Footrests, 20" W x 16"D Seat

We bought this for an elderly relative who has a very hard time walking and where she lives has narrow doors and narrow hallways. She is able to use this to get around her house. 16 inches seems to be the smallest one I could find for her, but I am still looking for one a bit smaller for her. Overall she is very pleased with this one. She likes the way the arm rests fold back easily so she can just transfer from her bed to the wheelchair without having to stand up.

We got this for our adult son, who's over 6 foot tall. He was surprised at how comfortable it was and well-made. I volunteered at a nursing home and this is the best affordable wheelchair that I've seen. I like the folding padded arms rests, the foot rests that completely fold out of the way and the strap on the foot rest that keeps your heel from slipping backwards.

It was good. The chair is small, you should only use it for small or thin people and it's not that well padded for lots of sitting. It's a transportation chair. It's easy to fold and put in a car, and fine for going places, sitting up for awhile, sitting at a table and so on.

I appreciate the ease when using the foot rests on the wheelchair. They were easy to adjust and install. My husband is 6 ft 2" tall and he had plenty of leg room. My husband likes the "break away" arm rests, makes rolling up to his desk and the table more accessible

Medline is amazing! My wheelchair didn't come with the swing away foot rests and they helped me get them within a couple of days... I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs an easy to assemble and comfortable wheelchair...P.S ... don't pay the 79.00 for assembly because it just comes assembled and all you do is unfold and you're ready to go!

This wheelchair is wider than my previous one, and much more comfortable. It is lightweight, so my daughter can fold it up and place it in the back of her SUV.

Trying to charge $80 for assembly when the foot peddles just click on is the work of a scammer... BUT we knew better, didnt purchase assembly. If i didnt see that, there would be 5 stars for the item. quality is there. this review is immediate so ill be back to update after a few uses.

I was excited to find a wheelchair that cost less than half of my first one by the same maker. This one is supposed to be 20in. But it feels the same as my 18in. The wheels hit everytime ir switches direction. I wish I would have gotten a better quality even if it was a little more. I hate to change brands. But I might have to.

It folds easily but it's just too heavy %26 cumbersome to lift. (My fault for not checking weight.) Brakes are stiff %26 difficult to push! It is comfortable for the person sitting in the wheelchair, but not for the caregiver pushing it. Well-made, %26 sturdy. It is just too difficult to maneuver due to stiffness %26 weight. Wheelchair rolling isn't that easy; I've had other wheelchairs much easier to push. Person sitting in wheelchair cannot push it to roll around without someone else pushing it. This person doesn't have a lot of strength, but she has been able to roll other wheelchairs. It's a beautiful wheelchair. Hammered steel. Nice to look at, but not practical to use.

I need to return this chair and get the 20” seat. I will be returning and asking to change the 16” seat for the 20”. Please. I need to get a change before Thanksgiving.
