Roots: The Complete Original Series

I was so excited to find this at the price i found it for on the Walmart app. It was an anniversary edition and I've wanted to buy it for years as it played a significant part in our countries history both from the story it told and from the effect the movie played on our country. It is one of the best historical movies ever written.

I have not viewed this series yet, but I do remember how captivating it was on TV. I will have to have a box of tissues when I do watch it.

I loved this and ordered Roots The Next Generation DVD set.

I haven't seen Roots since the mid 70's, and I loved rewatching this saga.

everything. came in on time and was good quality

Great old movie, but keeps jumping back to previous scenes throughout whole movie and many times you have to skip sections to continue movie. I bought this same set 3 times from different years and they all did the same. I was hoping to find one set that did not do this - I think they must keep recording bad the same bad disks over and over.

I want a refund or a return I have been trying to tell you that it's all scratched up and I can't use it

Never received this item and contacted the seller to let them know or the vendor. Whoever it was I sure would like that movie that series of movies with the roots.
