Great movie, great product, EXCELLENT price

The first of the Jack Ryan movies to be made and features Sean Connery in one of his best performances. The movie itself is perhaps one of the best cold war/submarine/spy thriller movies. Granted it has a few flaws but it is very enjoyable and is favorite of ours. The HD transfer is excellent and the sound is superb. The details are such an improvement from the DVD that you just stare with your mouth open at all the new detail never seen before. Highly recommended.

I really don't care for widescreen movies. With 50gb of space, can't we get the option of enhanced widescreen? I like the movie. I bought it on VHS years ago (FULL SCREEN). I thought that the quality was grainy, however I really believe that was what the director was looking for. So I don't think I can fault it to much there, I prefer a sharp picture, but that does take away ambiance in some films. This was not the best transfer I have seen. I write that because of the graininess. AQ was great! I really can't say much more then that! Extras, consist of a whopping 3 I paid $14.00 at my local Wal-Mart. Not a bad price. I would have been disappointed if I paid more.
