This Rowenta model is all you want from the quality Rowenta designs. I have purchased the more expensive models... this is a third $ less and works as a powerhouse. AND... this is my 2nd purchased of this model 3 years later - I sew and iron just about everyday. Three years of heavy use for price is worth it.

Great purchase, great price and this brand never disappoints! I have had 3 other Rowena irons over the past 40 years and they literally are the best in my experience. They are reliable and get the job done. The only iron in my sewing room! I have made yards and yards of custom window coverings using these irons. This iron is substantial in weight, steam power and responsive from warm up to cool down.

I was needing a new steam iron. I have a steamer for clothes, but was needing something to iron cotton blouses, skirts and linens. My old on was too heavy. This is light enough that I don't feel like I am exercising, but smooths the wrinkles easily. Instructions are not as helpful as hoped. Trial and error worked. There is probably a way to decipher the instructions.

Top quality for a moderate price. Purchased this one to replace one just like it that I knocked off the counter and it rattled so I was afraid it would no longer work well. This is a great iron, steams evenly and plenty of it. Also works nicely as a vertical steamer so I don't need two separate appliances.

I purchased this Rowenta Performance Steam Iron DW2350U3, Blue to replace my old and tired Shark steam Iron. I could not find the Shark steam iron anywhere. The Rowenta Iron arrived quickly and undamaged. The price was a bit much considering it doesn't come with anything, not even a container to fill the water reservoir. Luckily, I still had the Shark's container to make filling the Rowenta Iron easier. The dial is easy to see and use. The cord is not self-rewinding, but it is long enough. The iron is very light, heats quickly, and irons smoothly. The Rowenta Iron knocked out wrinkles as quickly my old Shark brand did and has settings for different types of fabric. All said, I like it and would recommend the iron.

Filling the spout with distilled water is a little tricky. Isn't easy to get water close to the input hole. Compared to my older iron this one is a lot hotter so I've had to adjust settings to what I'm comfortable with. While I'm not the one who does the most ironing, I find this one easy to use and comfortable in my hand.

The iron is working fine. I like the heat, it does not leak water, and the steam works well. The cover over the fill is a little difficult to open. It is a bit difficult to see the water level although I am getting used to how to look for this. The iron is pretty heavy but does iron very well. I suspect it was a used iron. There was no cover on the bottom surface as per the direction booklet and the first time I used steam there was what looked like water deposit particles that came out.

Since I can only speak for this store specifically because I purchased the item here. This was a terrible purchase. The store clearly lacks quality control. People have shared that they received used products and that's what happened to me. As soon as I received the purchase in the parking lot, I opened the bag to discover the normal tape seal was missing which may not be a problem if someone just opened it to check it out but upon further inspection I saw the item was used. The iron has some water in it and it had some sort of product film on the sole plate. It was also missing things you get traditionally with a new item. It wasn't worth the purchase

This iron worked good for a few months. Afterwards, it started leaking water when the steam was turned on and it clearly states it's anti-drip! It has not been dropped or anything and has been properly cared for. I contacted the company since I couldn't return it to the store and they wanted to send it off to be repaired without sending a replacement. I do not recommend this iron! That's probably the reason it's still on sale.

Trying to fill the the water reservoir is an absolute nightmare. The angle is all wrong to fill it laying flat but the flip cap won't stay open to fill it standing up. I have to go to the kitchen and fill it over the sink because you can guarantee that's where most of your water will go.
