Royal Gourmet 4-Burner GD401 Portable Flat Top Gas Grill and Griddle Combo with Folding Legs

I love the new grill. I make breakfast on it often. The only thing I could think of to better the grill, would be to have the side tables collapse. It was pretty hard to find a cover for it also. But we did.

I like it overall. I just think the design in the grease trap for the griddle part is messed up, it should have a pan under the hole where the grease goes down

The grill itself is very nice looking, has ample space for food and i like that it has a bottle opener attached, which was a surprise. Seems to work good (ive only used it once so far) The only negative thing i would say for now is it does not have a lid, which is my own fault for not noticing before purchase. I just bought a grill cover and cover it after each use which is fine. There is a grill guard that comes with it which it nice because we keep our grill up against our house and i doesnt seem to let any heat towards the back which is good. All in all it was worth the price.

It's a great price at 179. It would of had 5 stars but the end was bent up and it's the holiday weekend. Quite frankly I don't have time to return it so it is what it is. The shipping company may need to take that one. But the grill has MASSIVE grill surface. It uses one bottle. Has hooks for accessories, grease trap and rolls easily. The only thing it does NOT HAVE IS A PUSH BUTTON STARTER. But it has these match helper thing, Idk. Maybe Walmart will fix it. I think it's going to be awesome. The best of both worlds when considering flat griddle usage and the open grill. I am not dissatisfied Also! The top comes off of the legs and rollers if you have someplace to use it with limited space. The wheels on cart portion have the locking mechanism. All in all, for the money, I feel like we got one in the win column. Roll tide!

I would give this 5 stars but as anyone else would say hosting parties and having to explain we didn't mess up the logo was already on and no way of getting it off, is a hassle. I really like you get the best of both grill and flat top. Just wish we can fix that issue. For whatever reason it wont allow me to upload a photo.

Some of the parts were bouncing around in the box. Frame structure was dented, one of the welded on hangers is smashed.and the legs have bulges where the support nuts are. The offer said nothing about scratch and dent!

I ordered a 4 burner grill and griddle ! The the grill/griddle top is not level by 1 inch! I called the a royal company and they could not help me!! I had it shipped to my address! Nowi have to return it to the store!! It is pretty heavy!! Not happy!!

The delivery service that Walmart uses is a joke. Every time it's a large item, it's damaged. I have to take time out of my day to return it when they should have just let me pick it up from the store in the first place

The grill can in a box that was ripped open on one side, with scratched and dents, and one of the burners won't work. Customer service for the product won't even help if you have issues. Just beware if you order and it comes in damaged, they won't do anything about it.

DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL. The burners don't fully ignite so it makes it impossible to sear any meat. Also, Returning this item to a store is insane. I have never been treated so poorly at a Walmart Supercenter! They didn't want to accept the return because they would (their words) "take a hit" %26 "not get credit for it". I left the grill there and contacted the online services who immediately apologized and issued a credit! AVOID- Walmart Supercenter in Dallas at 4122 LBJ Freeway if you want to return any online products.
