They sent the wrong gauge of string or line. It is bigger than what I ordered but it has the same spool %26 the bigger line still works. So I am happy. However it coulda turned out different. Shoulda been blue.

Ordered three name brand spools wrapped as Ryobi spools specifically. Received three spools scooped out of a bin where, for the price, I would have received six or eight with caps. Disappointing.

This item is NOT as pictured. The description said it was a RYOBI product, but it is nothing more than a cheap knockoff. Walmart should be ashamed that they are promoting this fraudulent item.

They sent me a different string than the one ordered. This is a scam. Do not order this product. I ordered it thinking I was saving a few dollars when in fact I lost.
