I ordered (2), however one of them didn't fit (color wise) in a room so I did a return through the FedEx pick up and it was super simple. They picked up last week but I have not seen the refund yet but it's only been a couple of days. With how efficient the rest of the process has been, I'm sure it won't be a problem. This rug is incredible and I've referred it to many friends!

Watch out for doors.
Watch out for doors. The rug is high quality abd thick. I bought a runner for a hallway that has a bathroom door that opens into the hallway. The door wont open with the rug in the way! In hindsight, I would've bought a narrower rug, or two shorter ones to clear the door.
