Safer Brand Slug & Snail Killer Bait Granules - 2 lb

My mom has very nice flower beds around our house that I occasionally help with and she spends a lot of money on the flowers every year. This product helps take care of one of the problem animals: snails and slugs. Our flower beds are full of Dalilahs which the slugs and snails love to eat. We have been using this product for years and it defiantly helps, you just sprinkle it around and let it work. You do have to reapply it once a month or so depending on how much you put down at a time and how much rain there is.

After one application we have not seen any more slug trails. A small amount of this product eliminated the problem. My plants and myself are very thankful for the Safer Brand. Highly recommend, super easy to use, effective and a awesome value. Every household should have a bag. For this review I have only used it once and saw great reviews but the bag does say to apply every 14 days

Every time it rains at night we get alot of slugs that crawl up the outside of our house. I sprinkled this around the perimeter of my house and they have not came back. I love that this can be used around pets. Also It's really easy to use. I attached pictures of some of the slugs that crawl up my house.

I sprinkled this stuff around the house and garden and it works. No more snails or slugs. Most products don't work or claim to work when they dont. I actually seen this stuff in action on a sluggish. Totally took it out instantly. If your looking for a product to take out snails or slugs, then this is for you. Try it because you womt be disappointed. Thanks for another great product Walmart

I've been very pleased with this in both my vegetable garden and areas of my lawn. It's very efficient when instructions are followed. These bugs were drawing armadillos. No more! Works great!

It is supposed to be okay to use around pets and wildlife and to remain effective under varying weather and environmental extremes. I'm an avid gardener and used to own a garden center. So, I am well versed with testing gardening products. Due to the extensive gardens on my property, I am always battling slugs and snails because they cause a lot of damage to my plants. I have tried a lot of different products, mostly organic, and have even tried ones I made myself. I normally use something different and this is the first time I have used this product. I followed the directions when I used it. Spreading the bait on moistened soil where snails and slugs are present. The snails and slugs that consume the bait metabolize it and eventuality kills them. The literature states it is safe for use on lawns and in gardens and flowerbeds along with 40 crop types. I have a large organic vegetable area with fruit bushes and fruit trees that get a lot of snails and slugs so I'm glad it can be used around this type of vegetation. It is not organic. It's early spring here in Michigan so the slugs and snails are really becoming active. I have definitely noticed a decrease in slugs and snails in my gardens when I applied the product. So, it is working well.

I add this product to my garden and so far I haven't seen any snails or slugs and I'm glad. The product looks like little pellets. My garden is growing beautifully and I want to keep it that way. This product has a little smell; however, it is not overwhelming. I hope it continues to work.

Snails are always a problem on the rhubarb and strawberries so this product is great! Even after watering several times, I can see the pellets on the ground around the plants. It seems that there are no new holes in the rhubarb leaves. Time will tell when my strawberries start setting fruit if this Slug & Snail Killer saves me some fruit. I have high hopes.
