Works really well! My baby was preemie and I appreciate the different nasal pieces - fit their small nose well! I also have the FridaBaby and they both work the same
This nasal aspirator is easy to use, very effective, easy to clean, and stores well in its case. We previously used another major brand's parent-powered nasal aspirator and found the tubing to easily come apart while using on a wiggly toddler, required keeping up with tiny filters, and it was just shoved in a cabinet between uses. This felt very sturdy in use, achieved very good results, and washed easily.
Get this one! The electric aspirators did not work for my newborns under 5 months. This is basically the old school way of sucking out what needs to come out of their noses. The nasal bulb is small enough to fit newborns and I love that I can control the suctioning manually. IT WORKED WONDERS. I feel confident about using the Safety 1st Nasal Aspirator and even more directly after using saline solution. But, you don't have to in order to get the results your looking for.
my son gets stuffy easy hes 3 and won't blow his nose yet this works wonders. easy to travel around with.
love it! works so good, kind of gross to clean out but thats parenthood. quality is great, price is great
this is awesome, my newborn and toddler had a cold and this works amazing for both of them due to the two different size nose attachments and you can see how much snot is actually coming out and no snot gets in your mouth
While it DOES work, the tubing gets condensation in it almost immediately… the first time my wife used it she thought she'd gotten MUCUS in her MOUTH! It was the condensation, but still… that is so gross! Again, it works and for the price it's decent. BUT!! Be aware that if you suck too hard you will get condensation, and potentially your child's phlegm and mucus in your mouth. YUCK!
I tried it right out of the case and let's just say it sucked! And not in a good way. It didn't have a lot of suction power no matter how hard I tried. It couldn't even get a booger that was on the tip of my child's nose!! Don't waste your money.
Hi, My name is Saffron B. I liked it at first. I even made an unboxing video. It was awesome to be able to suck out the hard to reach snot. I had to suck really hard because my babies have so much snot stopping them up, but I had to find out why by getting sick. The snot got in the other slot, and it got in my mouth a few times, and then I started sneezing and coughing. I had to go to the hospital because my body started shutting down. I have 3 kids, two newborns, and a 1 year old its absolutely horrible not being able to take care of them all the way. I found out I have a really bad case of Influenza type 2. It's only supposed to be in children, but I ingested their snot. Therefore, I got what they have. Now I know what they have, but also I can't take care of them the best way I've been trying. I just got out of the hospital yesterday. Thank goodness before Christmas. I almost missed my twin babies first Christmas from being sick. I'm glad I have my mom to help me take care of myself and all my babies. I may still post the video. You guys really need to work on this design. Depending on what the next kid has may kill their parent.
Compared to the Frida and Nuby handheld nose aspirator, this one was horrible. No matter how hard I sucked in, it barely got anything. The Nuby one is definitely the best
