I was skeptical that this was going to work. My cats keep prying open my cabinet where I store my clean bath towels. They love to walk over them as well as sleep getting cat hair all over my clean towels. I stuck these on %26 I'm surprised at how well the adhesion is. They stayed on my untreated wood doors. They also keep the doors from opening now. I squeezed the two side buttons %26 the locking part came right out. Very easy to use. I think there fantastic.

I used them for a 90 pound dog so he can't open the closet doors n take the food n also the garbage can cover he figure out how to lift it open it n eat the garbage but no more these things are fantastic!!!!!

So we didn't actually get this for a fridge lock. We got this for my oldest daughters door. Her doorknob/ door jam part doesn't fully catch and so even with it "fully" closed you can just push the door a little and it just opens. And our 2yr old daughter figured that out really quick and will sometimes sneak off and go get into her room and all of her things. We had previously tried the hook and eye latch ones but since Her door is the hollow type ones the eye part kept falling out with just a little push even if we tried gluing it in. But this thing fixes all those problems now. The only complaint we have is that my daughter does have some issues getting it to unlock, but she is only 8 and so i think it's just purely the fact that she doesn't have enough strength in her fingers to be able to squeeze them both like that. She gets it most of the time, but sometimes she has to have me go do it for her. And we also just learned that our toddler can fully open the fridge door now, so it looks like we'll be using the other one on that. But yeah overall this thing is great and i love it!

these locks are a little tricky they're not bad but you definitely have to pinch to get them open them latches don't play around and I get it!

This are sturdy and do the job perfectly. The only downside is the plastic does break-off after a few short months and you have to replace them.

the adhesive is VERY strong. the clip is VERY strong. but the plastic strip is weak every time we have bought it we thought it was just us, but every time it snaps in half and then can't be used. so I guess if it is somewhere that you don't use all the time it would be okay. but yeah. not sure why it always breaks

It would work great in my opinion. The only issue I have with these baby locks is that the adhesive does not stay. It falls apart very easily. After like a few hours of installing it. It is easy to install. It would work perfectly if the adhesive was a lot better in my opinion I wouldn't really recommend these because of the adhesive unless you have stronger adhesive at home other than that, I would like to say these baby locks are ideal. My toddler has not figured out how to get through them yet. I don't think it's worth the money because of the adhesive other than that if you can buy adhesive at home that's much stronger and replace it then I would definitely recommend this product because it works perfectly outside of the adhesive.

It is too hard to open! After squeezing both edges, you must pull the small tab out, but it would only release half the time. Other times I struggled for a whole minute with great effort. I'm not elderly and don't usually need help with jars, but this was impossible.

These broke within two weeks. I agree with everyone it was challenging to open, but that's a plus for me because I need to keep out a special needs teen and a toddler. The adhesive I thought was too much, when I've taken off other brands clean up was much more simple. The fact I couldn't take it off was extra annoying when they broke almost immediately. I was suspicious when the first lock broke and accused my kids of pulling on it, though they've never broke any other brand in the past. Well, I opened the second about a week later and know I wasn't being rough, the strap just snapped out of no where.

I opened the package and one of the sets had no protection over the adhesive stickers and were damaged. The other set had one piece broken, making it impossible to clasp the piece shut, keeping the mechanism locked.
