Safety 1st Ear Otoscope, Gray, Infant

Grand son starts pulling on his ear. Instrument. Is easy and safe to use on a 1 year old. Wiggle worm. Found out ear had fluid in it and inflamed. Quick call to doc. Got drops to clear it up. Great for stuffy nose and throat. Great to check if his teeth are just starting to come in.

this was amazing when my daughter started saying her ears hurt and the ear drops we're not helping, by using this I was able to peak in and see that her ear was infected and we needed an urgent care visit, her tube was clogged and we needed to get a new set. Having this on hand when needed is a great tool to any moms medicine cabinet

This product is a great fit for young children and adults. Unsure about an infant but the part that goes in the ear is silicone. … To clean it, I soak the tip into alcohol and use cotton tips as well as cotton pads . Also , I use this product without the screw inserted ,because it is tiny and I just don't want the bother of trying to unscrew it whenever I need to change the batteries.

Great to have on hand with anyone who has a child! We've used this a lot to see if our kids ears are infected!

I have a little one that has ear issues during summer due to swimmers ears. I bought this to be able to check for ear infections, this product would be a 5 star if it came with different sized heads to switch out. Overall I like the product and being able to check my child's ears.

Good for 5year , but being marketed as an infant otoscope I was disappointed that this doesn't allow you to see deep enough into my baby's ear to see the ear drum. I had the same issue with my toddler, but could see just fine with my 6 year old so I feel the device is too large for baby and toddler ears. Good price, and otherwise a good product but I can't use it for what I purchased it for.

Not suitable for children. I know its shaped to prevent inserting too far, but you cant see past the hairs on the outside. I can literally see better with my naked eye

You have to press and hold to keep the light on, but it tended not to stay on. View did not seem centered. I think an otoscope just needs to cost more to be usable.

Light is t bright enough to see all the way to the ear drum. Total waste of money and the ear tip isn't small enough for toddler ears

you can't see the inside of the ear. all you can see is the canal, maybe if they had a smaller cap it would work better for kids?
