I have tried way too many things including costly prescription alternatives for weight loss, particularly appetite suppression. I bought this without understanding the ingredients etc. and I can definitely tell the difference with appetite control, less cravings, and a decrease desire to snack and eat junk...I am now in the 4th week...and started to notice the change around week 3. Definitely noticed a difference. I typically dont write reviews unless something is totally useless or really good. This actually works for appetite suppression!

I taka Saffron to help improve mental health. I used to be on Risperidone instead but didnt want to take all pharmaceuticals. You really can't beat the quality for the price. I was buying them from Walgreens at $30 for 30 capsules. This price for 90 capsules with the same potency was a no brainer. It came right on time as well. Highly recommend.
Great product
My doctor recommended I try Saffron, and said it can help as much as Ritalin in being able to focus.
Capsules are easy to swallow and after a month of being on them I'm starting to notice a decrease in snack cravings!
Great packaging, great product. Pills are kind of big but overall works for what it is intended

This product is great if you are looking for more energy. I haven't seen any weight loss as of today, but I am still hoping. There are no side effects and the cost is great.
