Sailor Moon: Season 1 (Blu-Ray)

For a full season of Sailor Moon with almost 50 episodes for less than $30 made this an instant pickup for a big fan of the show like myself. It arrived in great condition and the only complaint I would have with this would be the repetitive nature of the plot from time to time, especially when it comes to the filler episodes, other than that, I highly recommend this for the quantity and quality that you get here for the price.

a great intro for anyone wanting to expirence Sailor Moon for the 1st time. plus its a great price to get the 1st of 5 seasons in a single purchase. i had the vhs versions years ago, and i love seeing it again on bluray

Disc is super cute. The blu ray looks awesome and my daughter has watched and watched the show. It ended up being one of her favorite gifts

my daughter is in to sailor moon so i bought this on blu-ray, but they have re-made it since when i watched it back in the 90s. It was still good and made me feel like i was a kid again. i think it's awesome the things i watched as a child are coming back in style.

First off this is not the orginal 90s dub by DIC. It is the orginal Japanese version with a new English dub. The series is great and in many ways better than the 90s version.

for anyone wondering- Is this the same Sailor Moon from the 90s? No. It is not. THIS sailor Moon is so much better because it has been re-dubbed and given a respectful revamp. All character names have been changed back to their original Japanese names ( Serina is back to being Usagi) and nearly every english dub voice has been reworked to actually fit the characters and be WAY less obnoxious then it's 90's counterpart. The 90's version dub was done when anime was just gaining popularity in America and therefor no one really gave a crap about doing a legit translation. They just made up audio or put in whatever fit. This NEW and improved Sailor Moon is in my opinion considerably better and well worth the money to have a piece of classic anime to any collection.

I love it the English Dub is the same exactly what I was wanting!

I like the anime sailor moon complete series but I what it on dvd not just blue ray dvd

. . . in the name of the moon. FUN AND FUNNY. ("ANIME: Storytelling at its best")

Got this sailor moon season one different company made it and this one the quality felt of it may just be me but love it his so much
