I was really glad to receive my package a few days ago and the quality of the video is amazing, but I am a little saddened that it didn't come as pictured. I received the dvd without a sleeve cover, but when I got the R movie it came with the sleeve. That's really my only gripe about this item because I dislike receiving items not pictured the way they are advertised on the site. I'll include more info below and two photos just so people can see how they may receive it. DVD: The quality is pretty standard and nothing new to me; it's decent. However I have issues with the way they subtitle these movies. For one there are no subtitles for the opening and ending songs even though it has an option for them under signs and songs. All I got was a white musical note to show that music and singing was occuring so that was quite annoying since I've loved them as a child. Blu-ray: The quality is amazing; so no issues with that, but the subtitling was the same. Overall this is a great movie and if you can get past the little flaws I'd say get it. I do wish companies would take after those who subtitle shows and movies online and have all the songs subtitled and the foreign signs translated instead of just leaving them blank. The movie gets 4/5 because I love the show, but 2/5 stars for the company because they need to subtitle things better for those of us that are hard of hearing and for those that are deaf.
