I was rather surprised that these cutter/scissors were as sharp and as functional as they are. The last time I bought electric scissors they couldn't cut warm butter, but these electric scissors made going through thick corugated cardboard feel like I was cutting that warm butter of days gone by. These scissors are awesome! The only thing I can find wrong with using them was ME- I still can't cut a straight linebut the scissors were not at fault - it was a matter of operator error. They are easy to hold/grip, they went through fabric exceptionally well, and I would say that the design is very safe. All-in-all, I would give them 10 stars.

Liked the fact that it cuts fast and without needing a lot of hand pressure. Get for anyone with hand mobility isdues. However, don't like the fact that attaching/removing the blades can be tricky. Finally, not for use on very thick fabric.

this is very handy for cutting down boxes. i add them to my compost piles and worm bins. might as well get some use out of the old boxes. these came charged and are great.

Pretty good electric scissor. Works well at cutting up cardboard boxes, which is a real pain to do scissors and downright dangerous with a knife. It does have a tendency to sometimes get hung up on a corner so make sure that you've got the foot aimed in the direction where it can stay flat. As per paper? It cuts like nobody's business.

works as advertised not as powerful as I would expect bogs down in heavy cardboard but good buy nonetheless

its harder to use than a regular utility knife. you need to press and hold 2 spots at same time and if there are creases in cardboard, its a major fight to cut.

I was excited to get this electric scissors for the cardboard, but I was disappointed on how hard it was to push through the cardboard. I still am going to use it, but it'll only be on certain packages that are thinner cardboard.

Impossible to use to break down or even open cardboard boxes. This is what I needed it for. Not only is the blade guard in the way, the scissors choke up cutting even pretty thin cardboard- without corrugation. Will return
