I like it. But I got it rumpled

I loved this product! It worked well as advertised. I did not use the “numbing wipes” most of the time. I warmed it up for about 50 seconds and I stirred it ever so often. I rewarmed it a few times throughout the process but it pulled all of my hairs! I did bleed a little but thats also an effect of being a first time user (its also possible for you to bleed at a professional waxing salon). The after oil wipes work well (you could probably get the same effect with baby oil)

This works really well if you read and follow instructions . I have been using this product for about a year and it has helped me so much. I don't have to worry about shaving my legs or other areas for at least about 2 months . My life has been easier because of this product . I have tried other waxes and do they hurt . YES ! This is way less pain to the other Waxes i have tried . I hope they don't run out of Sally Hansen ouch relief stripless hard Wax kit hair removal. Thankyou for the updated version of waxing.

I bought this after reading the box and thought this sounds great! Read reviews after the purchase and thought well I'll give it a try. Waste of my time. I had microwave it twice as long as the directions say to even stir it. I started small with my lips that went ok..but you have to use two hands one to get all the strings and then hold down the wax while you try to spread it thin. I thought this was alot like taffy and it hardens to a brittle plastic texture once it sits on the counter. and it only pulled out a few small hairs. Back to the microwave to finish my other eyebrow. Tried my chin since it seems to be ok at small hairs, nothing. Ok let's microwave again and try armpits...spreading was so hard with one hand it just kept rolling up tried multiple times and only got 10 hairs pulled. Decided to try a small patch of my bikini line, should have microwaved again I broke the stick trying to get it out, didnt pull anything. I'm done it's going in the trash.

I thought this would be my solution instead of constantly shaving… i was so wrong. Barely pulled out my hair, made more of a mess trying to put it on my leg, and is not “ouch-relief”. Terrible product, will never buy again. Even the strips did not work…

I read and followed the instructions very carefully. The first several swipes were fine; not too painful, and removed hair. But after about three patches, the wax starts to get stringy and messy, inside the jar and on the stick. It's almost impossible to use. It cools too quickly to apply nicely. I tried microwaving again and it softened a little bit, but was no longer effective. Each patch of wax I applied removed less and less hair.

I bought this to try "at home" waxing for the first time. It was hard to work with. Either it was too hot and sticky that I couldn't pull it off but when it cooled just enough for me to pull it off the hair wasn't removed. I tried in several places (upper lip, underarms and legs)... Same problem no matter where I tried it! Wont be trying this again. ☹️

I am so disappointed in this product, it doesn’t wax off anything, I wasted my money on this trash. Don’t buy it. I tried and I tried over and over and every time, I pulled it I still had hair on my eyebrows like what ??!

I have been using sally Hansen wax for years. Saw this and thought it would be great. It's not. I wax my underarms and this BARELY pulled any of the hair out. I had to keep going over it to get rid of the hair. Do not waste ur time or money. I am completely disappointed in this product.

Completely sucks and is a waste of money .
