[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these are makeup remover pads from Salon Perfect, I have found that using them for application also works well. They are soft and aren't at all scratchy on the skin. I love that they come packaged for use in this nice package. They can be easily opened and dispensed with little to no effort. They are reusable and can be thrown in the washer eliminating extra landfill. I think this also makes them a great value for the $. They do have a light scent but I think that is eliminated when washed. I used these also to deep cleanse my face at night and love how good they work.

At first I thought it will be rough but after using it, it actually made my skin smooth and soft afterward. I didn't use any cleanser either it. Just pure water. I wet it then use it on my face. It doesn't irritate or make my skin red after usage.

I was worried about the pad being stained but was able to wash the makeup off the pad with soap. Such a great product. Definitely will help on lazy nights to quickly get my make up off so I can hop in bed.

Bring it out and start wiping my face to take off a days worth of make up. As you can see due to the texture of the fabric, the pads are made out of it did a pretty darn good job. I still had to wash my faceas that is my routine. I think it's a good value you get two pads and one pack effectiveness of removing make up is excellent.

The pads kind of burn when I'm trying to remove my makeup, especially since I use a lot of waterproof products. I have to go over the same spot several times, and it starts to burn. Additionally, the edges of the pads are a little bit rough, even though the rest of the pad is pretty soft. They also don't have any scent to them, which personally i don't mind. On a positive note, the packaging is nice; it comes in a turquoise-colored baggie that is easy to open. Overall, I expected a gentler and more effective product.

It's not bad tho, it is very soft and the packaging seems to be a little wasteful as it's just a plastic ziplock, but it could be much worse. And there's no weird scents that I've noticed from the fabric inside. I am worried about mold growth on the plush like memory foam inside so definitely won't be keeping these forever

However, I have noticed that they tend to stain quite easily. Overall, I'm satisfied with their performance and will likely continue purchasing them.

I must forewarn that the makeup remover pads are extremely difficult in removing mascara that is waterproof. I honestly prefer the “original” makeup remover washcloths.
