They apply loose powder with the perfect precision without making it look cakey. The packaging is also very nice and keeps them clean. I highly recommend them if you want a flawless, airbrushed finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm someone who has been a ride-or-die beauty blender user. When I received the Salon Perfect Cloud Puff, I was a little skeptical. The packaging is attractive. When I took them out, the puffs were so soft and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The size of them is really nice. I love the finger loop on the back of them, which allows me to control makeup application better. What surprised me (and truthfully made me a little more skeptical) is that you're not supposed to dampen them like a beauty blender. I use a medium coverage foundation and a cream concealer in my daily makeup routine. The first time I used the Cloud Puff dry, I appreciated that my makeup still went on smoothly, without settling into my fine lines. The second time I used my puff, I couldn't break my usual habit and decided to dampen slightly with water before makeup application. Both applications left my foundation looking smooth with nice coverage. I like that these puffs don't soak up as much product as a beauty blender…I feel like I waste so much makeup! I'm not sure how these would hold up to cleaning as they're much more delicate feeling than a beauty blender. I am still using these as a part of my daily routine, but not certain that I would have personally purchased them if I had a choice between a blender and these puffs…old habits die hard I guess.

Though not ideal for getting under the eyes, it is flexible enough to shape and cover the areas smaller than its size. It's extremely soft and easy to wrap on your fingers for use. It blended out my foundation evenly, but I did knock off a star because it did absorb very quickly so I had to move fast. Like other sponges, a little dish soap, and warm water made for easy cleaning.

The puff did the job that it was supposed to do well enough, but it was difficult to clean and stained easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly this is not a great product for foundation. Maybe some other type of makeup product but this does not blend foundation well at all. For one it's flat and one sided so it's hard to get a good grip to apply the makeup. And the material itself does not lend well to blending. I like the size and the hand strap on the back but again maybe for anything other than foundation. I can see how it would fit well in a makeup bag and can travel well I'm sure. And the fact that you get two in one package is a great deal too. Overall I would not switch out my beauty blender for this product.
