I use one of these at night and I'm sleeping pain free.
I was surprised when I put one on a very painful neck and could almost immediately feel the effect on my neck. It felt like the patch just sucked up the pain!
I have both acute and chronic pain, muscle- and nerve-based. These are a good value. They're easy to apply, they stay in place 95% of the time (adhesive doesn't hold in water or with heavy perspiration), there's no odor, can be trimmed to fit smallest areas, and remove easily.
I'm never without these patches on the advice of my back surgeon. You have direct application of Lidocaine without carrying a tube around with you. My daughter raised my stash to apply one to her healing sprained ankle. These patches stick well and last hours. I've tried generic brands like Equate but these are definitely the best.
This has helped my back, hip, and leg pain many a day. Sticks good and so easy to take off.
Not as good as my previous purchase
The gel-patches don't stay in place. I wished you carried menthol 3% methyl salicylate 10% Topical Analgesic stay in place for 8-12 hrs, I work 12hr shift.
The patch does offer some relief except For some reason this patch turns gooey as you wear it and it does not stay in place well. They offer a flex patch that is brown and it works 100 times better however they are smaller and even more expensive.
I work in a commercial kitchen. My hope was that these would help with my lower back pain while I was working. Unfortunately, they don't 'stick' well enough to stay on during my shift. I tried it twice. They ended up just 'hanging out' in my shirt on both attempts. The remaining product is sitting on the shelf in my bathroom destine to collect dust.
Even though Sam's offered this item at a great price, they were useless. When I used the item, I didn't feel the menthol nor the lidocaine. I felt nothing, except the pain from which I was trying to get relief.
