I like the sublingual form because it is one less pill to swallow, not my favorite activity!

This is the best and most convenient way to take Vitamin K2. For each 1,000 I.U. of Vitamin D it is required to take 100 mcg of Vitamin K2. Because I use 5,000 I.U. of Vitamin D daily, it therefore requires 500 mcg of Vitamin K2. This is according to the book "VITAMIN K2 and the Calcium Paradox," by Bottom line: If you're taking high doses of Vitamin D, you're going to need a corresponding high amount of Vitamin K2, and taking these easily dissolved Vitamin K2 tablets is far easier to take than their capsule counterparts. A great product!

Searched high and low for the best quality source of K2. This product met all my expectations and at a very reasonable price.

This is a great product. it doesn't have a lot of unnecessary stuff in it like soy lecithin and other oils. I just wish they were able to keep it in stock.

I would absolutely recommend this product.It dissolves under the tongue so no stress in swallowing. Gets into your system faster and provides your body with the nutrients now.

I take this along with vitamin D, as that combo is generally recommended. It's convenient to take, and melts in the mouth.

When researching the vitamin K supplements available, this product seemed to be the best bang for my buck. I like the lozenge, it dissolves very quickly under the tongue. But it's a bit too soft. The tablets were rather broken and there was some powder at the bottom of the bottle when I first opened it. I don't think this was due to shipping, as there was cotton inside the bottle. I think the tablets just aren't solid enough to hold their shape, which means you get bits and pieces. It's not a bad product, but it certainly could be better.

These truly are very small, soft, tablets so many of them are broken and I'm sure there will be substantial dust in the bottom. The problem is the strange taste - I hope it's okay to swallow, because I can't dissolve them. I will be looking for another product, for sure.
