they are a little tricky to put on, put do believe they really helped lower my pain. do not complwtely go away but definetly helped. the only problem I had was getting it to stay flat. it had a tendency to wrinkle a little. i would definetly continue to use them.

these patches are better than the 5% prescription ones. tgey stay in place and are fast acting. i have used them for years.

Give some pain relief on knees and spine
These patches are fairly easy to apply on spine also and give some relief . Nice to have for travel
