Always On Hand
My daughter has regular shoulder pain and these do the trick. Affordable, non-habit forming, easy to apply, %26 the relief lasts all day. (I have also had success with them reducing the pain I get from muscle cramps in my calves %26 they lasted all night. YMMV - the only downside is if you have RLS like I do, the patches can end up stuck to your PJs or sheets. I also keep Salonpas in the liquid applicator form on my nightstand.) I believe we did some research on options about two years ago and have kept Salonpas (in multiple sizes %26 applications) on hand ever since.

Has worked for me for years!!!
Lived in Japan for over ten years many years ago, Salopas was my go to pain patch then and now, still!! I really like the smell. Once I start to smell it, the pain just stats to dissipate.
