these patches are great! I've been taking meds for months due to lumbat shift, sciatica on both sides and arthritis tops this lower back pain. these patches work pretty fast n numbs the pain better than putting something in our body and have side effects. hishly recommend!

Only learned of these patches in the last year %26 boy do they do the job easing my mild to moderate back pain! I love how easy it is; just stick the patch over the painful spot %26 feel the relief in only a few minutes. No sticky goo to rub in. Unfortunately, they won't stick if you start sweating.

I absolutely love these. The large size is perfect. Super easy to use. The adhesive lasts all night long. I feel that these patches work well to alleviate sore, painful muscles. The price point is awesome. I use these all the time and have never gotten a bad box. They don't leave any marks, no left over adhesive after removal. The patches are thin. Usually don't catch on my clothes. They stay where you put them. Would definitely recommend.

I could not get through a day at work or a day at home doing any remotely strenuous housework without my Salon Pas. I never run out because I usually buy 5 or 6 boxes at a time. I have painful scoliosis in my spine which never goes away, 24/7, 365 days a year. I can't imagine how I would do without these patches that provide immediate warming, soothing relief and last for most of my 8 hour workday. They're not hard to apply like some patches I've tried nor are they burning hot like some other patches. These are just the right amount of heat, just perfect for me. Thank you Salon Pas!!

We use these salonpas for any place that keeps hurting. I have used it on neck and back many times. Although i never have tried using these on an elbow I certainly would try it if needed. I like the little peel off part that is needed before application but it wiuld be nice to have something that could work with a magnetic closure as well.

I would not normally write a review but had to because these are that good!!!! If you suffer like me with pain 24/7, PLEASE give these a try! I promise you they will change your lives!!!! I deal with peripheral neuropathy, sciatica nerve damage and arthritis pain and these pads are life savers!!!! When I found these years ago, I was blown away when they stopped my nerve pain within minutes!! Seriously!!! Nothing had worked before! Now, I'm never without them. I keep the large ones and the small ones with me all the time. I promise you these work!!!

I hate to say I wouldn't recommend it but I was just basing it on my cats. They ate it but reluctantly. They all, and I have quite a few, just prefer Purina for Sensitive Stomachs, the purple bag, either flavor. I sometimes will do a taste tests and they always finish it first. From the young ones to the older ones, they just love the purple bag of Purina! I guess they'd with their grandma, me, to just stick to their first choice! 😁

I have MS so moving around is limited but these are easy to apply. Have arthritis pain in my shoulder so have difficulty sleeping sometimes. Putting Salonpas on my shoulder helps me get a good nights sleep. Smells good too. The menthol keeps my sinuses open. Pulls double duty. Can't ask for more.

I would refer this item to anybody because I put this item on my shoulder and it immediately started working its fast relief. It does give off a burn and it does make your skin tight when you first put it on, but it showed that it's working, great product

I have osteoarthritis and chronic neck and back pain. If I feel a headache coming on I immediately put one on each side of my neck as I know it is from muscle tension. Always stops me from waking with a headache! And for other pain-I have sciatica and/or piriformis muscle. Really helps! The patches with lidocaine did nothing for me-but these work wonders. If it hurts-I slap it on lol!
