This really works, because I use this when I started feeling sick and my throat was irritated and my sinuses were draining. After 24 hours of taking the day & night medicine. I love how they packaged it where you can choose either day or night. That makes it convenient for around the clock relief. I also love the fact they have healthier ingredients, no artificial flavors, dairy and gluten free but most of all without melatonin and you still get restful sleep!
