From sniffles to feeling a little off from water retention bloating It's a good anti inflammatory to antioxidant with lots of vitamin c to refreshing your body. I started Sambucol about a year ago after seeing the commercials on tv. I got a slight feeling of a sore throat and took two shots—the next day I woke up feeling 100% better. I was convinced that it does what it is supposed to do for the body. I don't take it everyday. Two to three doses a month usually works for me or when I'm feeling a little under the weather.

it looks fake...i dont know why and feel sour too then the previous original bottles we used to buy.
