It’s very easy to install, works great ( almost as if it had laser precision if you have never used one before prepare yourself for the first burst of cold water I bought another one for the other bathroom

Everything to install was included. Watched a couple of videos, eased my trepidation. Finger tight is key, don't over tighten. Zero leaks! I'm a woman in my 70's, had no problems. The button layout is perfect, can reach and push what's needed. Told my dad about it; he ordered the same one the very next day. It helps immensely with some of those not so pleasant senior moments. My only regret is not buying it sooner, love it!

Recently purchased one of these for a Stark/Duravit toilet that has a concave seat which fits into the bowl versus standard seats that are flat and rest on top only. (Please note that some seats may require a bumper pad stuck onto the bottom of a seat due to the hinge space added by some bidets or the design of the seat itself) Had tried other brands as part of finding a usable model for this toilet but all prevented the seat from closing completely. Tried the Samodra brand since it indicated it was designed for concave seats but unfortunately, it did not provide enough clearance. I resorted to cutting a notch in the seat and grinding off a bit of the bidet unit with a rotary tool (e.g. Dremel etc), just enough to allow the seat to close. Other than that, the unit does work well and the ability to adjust the amount of water pressure being delivered is a plus! The brand I used in another bathroom does not provide that feature so I'll be ordering another one of these units to replace that one as well! I've installed 4 different bidet brands in my home and those of friends so I'm rating this model as 4 stars equally even though it's the best one I've seen so far. Had I installed more than 4, I would've rated the unit higher. Another note when buying these units, is that they install easily on standard toilets where the water hose to the tank is easily reachable. Skirted toilets may require removing the toilet to access that connection. Some toilets, such as Kohler may not provide enough space for the adapter to fit. In such cases, you'll need to buy an adapter. Just search Amazon for "toilet supply hose extension connector".

A wonderful, easy to install product but has a major defect. A slight shift of toilet seat to which bidet is attached breaks the plastic bar rendering the otherwise excellent product JUNK. Such a shame.

3/8”inch washer -referenced in the instruction manual on page 3, but not referenced in the parts list on page 1- is not included in the packaging. I’ve ordered two packages and the washer is omitted in both of them. The day will not work without the washer.

The product is either broken or just a piece of junk!! I got it all hooked up and the knob just spins around, it is not connected to anything! What a waste of money!

Received fast, only good thing about it. Not sure if it was used or broken when at factory but I’m hoping for a replacement. There is a hole on the part with the controls that just leaks water. Even when you have the flow off it pours water out. Apart from that it looks decently made. Just can’t rate the function because I don’t want my bathroom to be flooded.
