It was easy to set up. I am 79. The colors and sound are good. It is in a large bedroom. It does not have voice access. The channels you want you will need to figure out in the Samsung Live selection. My 10 is 1122 for instance. You can use Hulu or Disney or Netflix. etc. Those apps are already installed. Remote batteries are included.

Tv is great! But cannot believe I had to leave store and order online to get online price. It was worth the $50 difference but made no sense that I went to the store to purchase, had to leave and order online then return an hour later to same store to pick up. STUPID policy that no one in store could bypass

I'm impressed with the picture and sound along with the Samsung TV Plus with a guide to choose from hundreds of shows, movies, news, sports! It also has protection from being hacked. It's just the right size for me and a great price for all the extras other tv's at this price do not have.

I had never had a smart TV before, so I was a bit mystified by the whole process, but ordering it and getting it delivered the next day was easy and unexpected, plus the price was low and there was no shipping charge. Using the Samsung TV interface took some getting used to (I am so accustomed to the Xfinity interface, which is very different). I just discovered how to change the sound quality (it's terrible on my new Xfinity cable box designed specifically for streaming) and switching it to "adaptive" made a big difference (not perfect, but better). If I decide a year from now to cancel my Comcast cable service (when my contract expires), I will already have a smart TV up and running and with many streaming apps already installed.

First I want to comment on website experience. At tge checkout, there should be no more options so one could not get confused, revisit again and again. One should checkout easily and with peace of mind. Ok, the product quality was 8/10 on ROI , also no key was available in the pack for screws.

Don't love that it has borders. Some shows can see lines across image. Do like that it has security features and seems to work on WPA-3, don't like that it wasn't listed anywhere in the 75 page manual online and was impossible to find this info. So far so good, got as a Black Friday deal to replace a Roku with poor to no support and security. I don't love the remote that is nearly the same as a blue ray from 7-12 years ago as in can't tell them apart and not ergonomic to hold. Easy to mount versus other models have no wall mount holes. This is decent aa a bedroom unit or when space is limited or you don't like. a TV taking up all wall space, which I prefer to assign to actual art. Really decent unit for the price. I'm not willing to pay more for an item with only a 1 year warranty and out of date so soon with evolving tech. Seems like Samsung will support security updates for at least 5 years from what I read somewhere. I am hoping this is the case.

difficult to figure out how to work remote. Did not come with user manual. I have to search online for help. Unfortunately I threw the box away,or I'd be returning it for a Roku TV.

Instructions are terrible. I could not get my tv to get a channel. Somehow (I didnt do it) i finally got a tv channel. Sound is extremely low. I have it set at 62 and can barely hear it. I am shocked for a Samsung. Would definetly not recommend this tv. Waste of money(even at the bargain price).

Major lag time with remote. Takes forever to get where you want to go and constantly shows popups. Very annoying TV. Oh, and you MUST sign up for Samsung to use the TV at all. Too bad I couldn't find a good old fashioned TV that's not a misnamed "Smart TV."

Unfortunately I didn't receive my tv. A picture was taken and sent to me,but when I got home the tv wasn't at my address. I have messaged fedex and walmart without any resolutions. I have just been given the run around.
