VIZIO 24” Class HD 720p LED Smart TV (VHD24M-08)

I've owned a 50” Vizio 4k for 3 years. Picture quality rivals my 50” Samsung 4k QLED of 1 year and 1 month. Half the display lights have gone out on the Samsung. One month after warranty. My Samsung A23 plus phone also has a display missing half the screen. I don't believe in extended warranties, if the product can't last a minimum 5 years, it's not a brand worthy of my money to own.

I recieved a defective TV. After two days it would not come on. I looked up the return policy and procedure and took it to a brick and mortar store. I recieved my complete purchase amount less the tip without question. I've since ordered another TV of the same brand knowing that if it too is defective it is no hassle in getting a refund.

Very pleased with the ease of ordering it on the Walmart website and how quickly it was delivered. I am also very pleased with the TV itself. Next time l need a TV, I will be ordering it from Walmart also because of the low price. I am always happy camoer!

Rite now the picture is bit pail but im sure that can be adjusted out.The sound is terrible almost like a blown speaker.For me thats no big deal because i run it thru an amp and speakers.Really hope they dont all sound like this one.The apps and all are great and run smoothly so all i can say is at this proce point i am totally happy and worth buy it again.

The set itself is great. It was very hard for me to install and I ended up paying $99.00 more to get Vizio to have me install their program before I could use my cable. That I hated. It still isn't easy to use to change channels and I have to use two remotes. The Vizio customer service representative, the second person I spoke with, had no patience, and I ended up having to have someone else help me set it up.

Very impressed with the quality and functions available on this tv. HOWEVER, it is similar in size to a computer screen and when you are lying in bed wanting to watch the TV it becomes a virtual impossibility to “see” the selections on the screen from your bed. This aspect limits its use and is disappointing. It's an excellent price, excellent quality but we had no idea that the screen size would be a problem. The one we replaced was slightly larger and we felt like this one would be the perfect fit. Our mistake. Very disappointed but it has nothing to do with the quality of the TV.

My only complaint is that I have ROKU on mine and when I'm using ROKU if I'm not in the room for even 510 minutes and I'm just in the kitchen, which is an open area to my living room room the TV shuts off. I have done the settings like I read to do and it still shuts off and it's very irritating. The picture is beautiful, but I'm very unhappy with that one particular feature. It doesn't happen when I'm watching Samsung TV. And there are a lot of great channels on that. But when I'm using Roku for some reason, the settings that I set do not work.

I've owned many Vizio TVs in the past and never had a problem. This one I bought for my daughter's dorm room. She called me to say half way through set up its stopped and a circle just kept spinning. I told her , over the phone, everything to troubleshoot, but nothing happened. I spoke to WalMart and was told i could return it. i explained that its at my kid's college and i will not be able to retrieve it to return within the 30 day window. He said there was nothing they could do about it. I wound up buying another one.

I couldn't figure out how to use it. I just wanted a regular tv for my bedroom that I could watch news in the morning while getting dressed, or if I couldn't sleep, watch some old shows and such. it' was wanting me to scan codes with my phone and set up on Wi-Fi. I just have antenna, so I could not get to the spot i needed. I even called the guy. sorry. I have to return.

The tv is garbage. I got it all set up and working, and it quit. Had to start from scratch, got it set up again ... and it quit. After about five tries I gave up and initiated a return. The return instructions said return to any Walmarts; return by October 17. I brought it to the local walmart October 14 and they said it was past 30 days since I bought it so it cannot be returned. True it was past 30 days, but there was nothing that had said anything about 30 days, just to return it by October 17. So I went home and brought back the paperwork, showing "October 17", and the system still wouldn't let the agent complete the return, saying it was not returned within 30 days. I was told that the problem was with the new software (new system). Seems to me they would have done everything possible to get around the bug and refund my money, but they've done nothing. So here I am, with a tv I paid for that doesn't work which I cannot return even though I brought it back within the time period specified. I won't be doing business with Walmarts again.
