VIZIO 24” Class HD 720p LED Smart TV (VHD24M-08)

I recieved a defective TV. After two days it would not come on. I looked up the return policy and procedure and took it to a brick and mortar store. I recieved my complete purchase amount less the tip without question. I've since ordered another TV of the same brand knowing that if it too is defective it is no hassle in getting a refund.

I'm bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. I love Vizio TVs I think they're the best! she absolutely loves it. the quality of this TV is amazing and I will always stick to this brand. I still have a Vizio 42-in TV that I purchased 10 years ago that is in great shape and still works to this day. it's a great quality TV! I also purchased the 65 inch Vizio for myself. beautiful picture sound is amazing and I absolutely love this TV!!!!

This is a great tv for the money! Beautiful picture and sound quality. However, the remote often doesn't work especially the volume. It will run the volume up VERY loud on its own and then it won't do anything else, including the tv off. I have to UNPLUG the tv and start over. I'd like to order a replacement remote as this is the only problem I have with this tv. The tv itself is 5 star. The remote is one star!

My only complaint is that I have ROKU on mine and when I'm using ROKU if I'm not in the room for even 510 minutes and I'm just in the kitchen, which is an open area to my living room room the TV shuts off. I have done the settings like I read to do and it still shuts off and it's very irritating. The picture is beautiful, but I'm very unhappy with that one particular feature. It doesn't happen when I'm watching Samsung TV. And there are a lot of great channels on that. But when I'm using Roku for some reason, the settings that I set do not work.

this is the 2nd VIZIO tv we own and are pleased with them. This little TV goes in our kitchen area. The TV was easy to set up, it does have tall legs making it taller than the description and it barley fit under out kitchen cabinets. We use a ROKU stick and this TV remembers your last input so we never have to go through the IN Put setting each time its turned on. The processor seams quick for fast screen changes. So for the money its a good deal.

We bought the VIZIO 24” Class HD 720p VHD24M-08 TV as a supplementary set for our bedroom. It's not intended to be our main TV at home. Rather, it's for light duty - watching the news at night, watching whatever is on TV when folding the laundry, etc. For those purposes, it's fine. It doesn't have the greatest picture and it doesn't have the greatest sound, but it is just what we need and it was priced well.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and was so disappointed. When we tried to set it up, it says that we cannot in our region. What foolishness is that. The online site redirected us to a site that wasn't working. No online help could be provided. Now I'm stuck with a TV that I can't use. What a scam.

I bought this for a Christmas gift in late September. We just opened it today, Christmas Day, it appeared to be very easy to install but it did not contain the screws needed to attach the legs to the TV. I am going to try to return it, but because I started my Christmas shopping early, I may not be able to get a refund? I may try to super glue the legs on….at least I can use it myself I think. I ordered a different tv from another retailer this morning because Walmart should not send out product with parts missing and I can not rely on getting a replacement that is 100% all there. Let this be a lesson……never buy ahead of time because you never know if it is defective or not!

Walmart sold me a defective 24 inch smart Vizio. Apps such as you tube do not work. Research shows this is not uncommon for t his TV. Walmart will not refund my money due to 40 days since purchase. I was trying to get help with the installation. But they don't care. Please don't waste your money.

Do not Buy from Walmart! A nightmare for Customer Service. I bought 10 of these TV's and was only shipped 7. I spoke to customer service and each time they screw up. I want to return the 7 tv's that I received and each time they screw up and the return is for 1? I was told I could bring them into a Walmart store and after bringing in all the new unboxed tv's, I was told they can take returns that were purchased online.
