Samsung 70" Class Crystal UHD U8000FB 4K Smart TV - UN70U8000FBXZA

I am very happy with the TV I purchased, but the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. Nowhere in my order did it state that my TV would be delivered by Uber. I was expecting a proper delivery truck and professional delivery personnel, not an Uber Eats driver. When the driver arrived, she and I had to lift the large TV out of her car and bring it into my home ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for such a large and heavy purchase. Walmart should be much cleared about their delivery process at checkout and should not rely on rideshare drivers for oversized items. Customers need to know in advance what type of delivery to expect, and large items should be handled by professional delivery staff. The TV itself is great, but the delivery method and lack of communication from Walmart were very disappointing. I do not know if I would make a purchase like this again from Walmart due to this experience.

Easy to set up, much lighter than my 65" 10 year old Samsung tv. Has a LOT MORE features and free channels.. The color and sound is awesome.. Very happy with the 70" too. My own sound bar and surround sound really is awesome.. I always buy Samsung, great TV And well worth the price...

My only issue is that the blacks (like the black bars on the top and bottom when watching a movie) when not sitting directly in front of the tv are too light and makes darker pictures harder to watch. The tv as a whole is user friendly and easy to set up for all smart features.

We already had two Samsung TVs at home, and our oldest is over 10 years old and still going strong. So when it was time to go bigger, staying with Samsung was a no-brainer. The 85" Crystal UHD has not disappointed. Yes, 85 inches in the bedroom, and it's an absolute game changer. It's like having your own private cinema to wind down in every night. The Crystal UHD 4K picture is vivid, sharp, and stunning from every angle, and the smooth motion and rich contrast make everything from movies to sport look incredible. As a Samsung family, the seamless connection to our Samsung phones was a brilliant bonus, casting content is instant and the whole ecosystem just works. Fast smart interface, simple setup, solid sound. Everything you'd expect from a brand that's earned our trust over a decade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture- resolution, brightness, contrast, refresh and colour and the features are very good but all this is completely ruined by the remote control. The remote control drives you around the bend, this is one of the most important aspect of any TV purchase, it is not user friendly. The remote control is small, lacks labelling and no clear instructions for how to use it. Elderly people and the not so elderly would struggle. Samsung should have used a focus group to test it and give feedback. I would seriously consider buying a different brand the next time based on the quality and ease of use of a remote control. Voice control or using your mobile to control your TV is not that important, we just want a remote control that gives pleasure in using to control the viewing experience.

Hello. I receive my first order by delivery from Walmart and the screen was shattered, Walmart replaced order but the second delivery, right bottom corner of the frame in front is not properly in place from the manufacturer installation of the Tv. I would highly recommend the option to view tv before spending $500. Love the tv features itself and will always choose Samsung.

I CAN'T REVIEW THE TV BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. AFTER 30 DAYS I AM STILL WAITING ON WALMART TO REFUND MY MONEY. WORSE ON-LINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH WALMART. I did buy the Samsung 65 Crystal UHD and it is OK. Very very small remote and does not interface well with Spectrum.

After the third try, my husband and I finally got a tv that wasn't broke. The first time it has obviously got returned because the screen was broke and it just got put back on the shelf. The second time the screen was broken again. The people didn't know what to do and were not helpful. The customer service lady was also very rude. It's a blessing we finally got a non broken tv the third time.
