An unfortunate accident forced me to replace this same model Samsung TV with the only difference being the TV this replaced was the 2024 model and the 8000FB model is the 2025. my only negative is that I feel they’ve made the PG lighter which is nice and the menus and everything are just like last year, but to my eye it seems like the 2024 model had a sharper more vivid picture quality. Colors seem like they popped more on last year’s comparable entry level 75” Crystal UHD TV. Almost feels like the 24 model had HDR and the 25 is missing that feature or something which performs similarly. Even blacks seemed truer and less washed out on the older model. I ended up paying $250 more for the 2025 model and I’m less happy with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my 1st smart tv this week after my research comparing brands, prices and reading reviews. So thrilled w the quality, picture and colour, the ease of navigating. You cant beat SAMSUNG. It truly is a trusted brand…. Very happy customer!
We already had two Samsung TVs at home, and our oldest is over 10 years old and still going strong. So when it was time to go bigger, staying with Samsung was a no-brainer. The 85" Crystal UHD has not disappointed. Yes, 85 inches in the bedroom, and it's an absolute game changer. It's like having your own private cinema to wind down in every night. The Crystal UHD 4K picture is vivid, sharp, and stunning from every angle, and the smooth motion and rich contrast make everything from movies to sport look incredible. As a Samsung family, the seamless connection to our Samsung phones was a brilliant bonus, casting content is instant and the whole ecosystem just works. Fast smart interface, simple setup, solid sound. Everything you'd expect from a brand that's earned our trust over a decade.
Bought a 98 inch TV from elsewhere and it did not work. It was tough to repackage to send back plus out of stock replacement. Local Walmart had this smaller more manageable one so bought it instead. SUPER CLEAR pic. I am too old to handle bigger TV and this one saved my back and my wallet. VERY pleased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last week and the picture quality is better than I thought it would be. My only issue is that the blacks (like the black bars on the top and bottom when watching a movie) when not sitting directly in front of the tv are too light and makes darker pictures harder to watch. The tv as a whole is user friendly and easy to set up for all smart features.
I previously purchased another Samsung TV That was $150.00 less but Walmart cancelled the order and said that I would be able to make the purchase at a later date, well a month %26 some change passed and nothing so I was given the option of purchasing this TV and getting a credit back dollar for dollar that I spent over for the previous Tv that I wasn’t able to purchase. Well I was given a reference number and the person that I spoke with information to get my credit. The Tv was ordered and delivered love it and have no complaints!! I spent an additional $150 so when I called Walmart guess what they were unable to honor that. Walmart got me with this but trust I know they will get paid back for this. I’m very upset because I had all my information and was not expecting them to be liars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV start of this month and what an incredible value for money it is. The brightness and resolution are great. It was easy to set up and just the ease of use in general is appreciated. On top of it, very light weight and thin.
Worse piece of crap I have ever purchased. Streaming app issues galore!! Can watch a decent program without buffering every 15mins. Samsung knows of this issue and have not taken steps to correct. Beware in buying this junk tv. Regretting it more than you can imagine!!!
they brought me a tv that was broken, the screen had a crack in it,the remote came with batteries that didn't fit the remote when i plugged it in,it wouldn't come on,then when I call customer service they told me they were bringing another tv because i order on the Walmart appthe tv never showed up i purchase the tv on Friday November 28,2025 it was delivered broken on Saturday November 29,2025 and now they tell me i have to wait till Wednesday before someone can pick up the tv,this is sad, very disappointing
We have constant issues pairing our universal remote for cable use. When COX goes out we have to start all over again repairing remote. The whole process is infuriating and redundant.
