Other than the shipping delays well worth the wait! Samsung is so good and reliable it is an easy choice for anyone. My older model Samsung is great with exception to the remote being a bit unresponsive, that is not the case with this new addition to my many devices. Very happy and don't hesitate to recommend to anybody who may have OLED/QLED sticker shock.

Great TV, very easy to install on my wall. Picture quality is perfect. Sound quality is perfect. I bought the 5 year extended warranty since I had such a bad experience with the last TV I bought. It was a 70" Visio and only lasted a year and a half. It had a 90 day warranty so I was out of luck. This time I wanted to try a Samsung to see if it will last longer. I have an 11 year old 60" Sharpe Aquos in another room that still looks amazing but I couldn't find a Sharpe to buy now so I hope the Samsung will be as good as the Sharpe.

We set this up as our primary family TV and everyone loves it. The picture is great for all content: SD, HD, 4K, SDR, and HDR. It's placed in a bright room, but the TV handles reflections so well that it's not an issue. We also bought a Samsung soundbar so that we could utilize Q-Symphony, my wife and kids are amazed at how immersive the sound is. #sweepstakes

I had been staring at this TV and wanting it for months before I actually bought it. The price was just more than what I wanted to spend on a TV. But I'm so glad I found this open box last year model at Beach! I was skeptical at first because the deal looked just too good to be true! But Beach's customer service was awesome and explained over the phone that they certify all their open box items and if I was missing something or unhappy in any way, I could send it back! Took a chance on an open box item. Pleasantly surprised! Looked like a brand new item, just extra tape on the box. All accessories were still in original packaging and TV was in perfect condition. This TV blew my expectations out of the water. We upgraded from an older 55" Samsung TV that I got during a Black Friday deal years ago. The older TV was 4K but it didn't do 4K like this TV does! The brightness and clarity of this TV are really out of this world and don't compare to anything else I've owned. I think the best thing about it though is the extra wide viewing angles. I can be standing completely to the side of the TV and still see everything that is happening on the screen. The smart features are nice as well since I am able to connect it to our Alexa devices and use Alexa to turn it on, change the channel, volume, etc. #sweepstakes

We installed this Samsung Frame TV in our Livingroom over our fireplace. Besides being a top-of-the-line 55" TV it displays artworks while not in use. This really brightens up our Livingroom. We placed the Connect box in the wall behind the TV so no wires are visible anywhere. I glad we found about this TV because I had not seen too much advertising about it. This is the best addition to our home in many years. Superb TV and the added facility of constant artworks in our Livingroom. #sweepstakes

the tv is beautiful, great picture, sound, %26 quality. No instructions were sent so you had to figure it out as you went aling. The menu itself on the TV isn't user friendly either, but you get what you pay for. The shipping company was a nightware %26 walmart nor the dhipping company could offer a satisfactory solution.

Do not have your tv delivered! I purchased a 75” Samsung asked to deliver to my apt because I have a heart problem and can not go up and downstairs or lift heavy objects. It was left outside for someone to take. Walmart even put a check near my request and said it would be left at my door. Very surprised it wasn’t and now I have to find someone to bring this tv upstairs to my apartment.

Do not order a tv from Walmart. I ordered this tv, but never received it. After 7+ hours talking with Walmart.com, they told me the case was closed because they delivered the tv and I signed for it. This is completely not true. I ended up working with Walmart’s delivery team and they found the tv at a different home.I actually drove there myself and saw it on their front step. When I called Walmart back to share this information, I was passed along to many different supervisors- none willing to help. Finally, I ended up with the “highest” person in charge of this decision and was told that it was delivered to my home and I signed for it- so they will not refund me. They told me I had to dispute it with my credit card company. I just can’t even believe it. I have an email from the delivery company apologizing that they delivered it to the wrong address and they didn’t get a signature. I also have a picture of the home with the tv- and even with that Walmart is insisting I have the tv.
