Samsung 85” Class Crystal UHD U8000FB 4K Smart TV - UN85U8000FBXZA

I took the time to price out this Samsung TV model from 3 different retailers. First, Walmart destroys the other retailers on price point, but it will fluctuate. Simply move it to your online cart and leave it there for a week. You will be notified daily of price drops or increases. I moved it to my cart at 1097.0 and pounced on it at 798.0! As far as the TV itself, 5 stars all around! If you opt for financing do not choose Klarna! As a whole, they are an unorganized hot mess of back end incompetence! I learned the hard way and even long standing Walmart employees will tell you Affirm is a much less frustrating option. God Forbid something goes wrong with your purchase and you must return/replace or exchange %26 Klarna is involved!

Easy to set up, easy to sync with all the apps. The ease and the flow is amazing. The price I wish would be cheaper because its a 200 dollar difference just for a different model number, but its worth the upgrade. If you are going to put it on the wall, PLEASE pay someone to install its about 75 LBS and one person cannot do it, hard for two. MAKE SURE the wall mount is sturdy enough. i got the one listed for the TV and couldnt use it because the TV was making it bend. Too expensive for it to fall due to a faulty app

it has a great 4K picture and it upscales regular HD pretty decent. It's a very large TV! They advertise a very good sound quality from the TV itself, but it's your run of the mill regular TV sound. If you're going to have this large of a TV I highly recommend adding a sound system. At the minimum a regular sound bar. I added a Samsung 9.1.2 speaker system and that combined with the TV, is a very phenomenal experience and that's where the Q symphony comes into play with also using the TV speakers. It was on sale and to get an 85-in Samsung TV at under $1,000, I consider a great value.

The entire TV was a stripped down version of the real Samsung TV with all the necessary ports for gaming, sound bar (OH NO.... One cannot hook up your sound bar to this TV, NO DIGITAL AUDIO PORT). Maybe if you have a different setup. I did not test the rest of the TV. I was NOT going to go purchase another Sound Bar because this TV did NOT have the port necessary to hook one up. So I returned the TV and purchased a different model. The Audio port has been such a standard for so many years I was absolutely surprised it didn't have one. Check carefully when ordering your big TV. Not all are created equal.

The entire experience, delivery arrangements and delivery, damaged product after all that was a huge disappointment. Two calls about delivery, 1st on Friday, then changed to Monday, then an irate call from the first caller requesting me to return home to receive after the delivery was changed to monday, then the product was damaged. The delivery person came alone and required help unloading the tv. Return was handled nicely though.

The TV was broken and returned. Walmart has not refunded or exchanged the Tv. Every time I call they can’t find records of return. Walmart has such a disconnect between service centers. I purchased it on 10/2 and I’m still waiting for money back or a Tv

When delivery was made, load shifted in the delivery truck and broke a whole the box. We accepted delivery and upon opening the box, we discovered that, the entire bottom of the screen and both sides have way up have shattered . The television is unusable and I have photos of the damaged box and the shattered tv. We would the tv replaced ASAP. We spent a lot of money on this and now cannot enjoy our family Xmas gift.

I ordered this by and it came broken and cracked now it’s been 2 weeks and all they say your replacement is coming!! Please don’t order from Walmart they just LIE!!! Over it

DO NOT ORDER A TV FROM WALMART ONLINE!!! It may come from Walts TV. The screen will be cracked and you will not get a fast refund in fact you will be lucky if you get it in a month. If you get lucky and you get it from Walmart and you need to do a warranty claim from Samsung you will be without a TV for a month and if they (Samsung) is to reimburse you you will be looking at another month that's after they give you the runaround for 3weeks. stay away from walmart and defiantly Samsung look at an LG from someone else not Walmart they will nol help you with a claim against any of their venders/ But its your Money do what you think is best just a warraning.

The TV came broken and I called I let them know and for some reason they cannot give me a date when I will be having another one. The date seems to be changing all the time. I haven't even received a email stating that it was shipped. I'm so upset.
