i like everything about it, but i kinda wish i waited a few weeks because you had a 98 inch available. th shippers were very professional when they delivered it safety in great condition and even helped me get it up the stairs to my apartment. His attitude was very positive. cool guy. The tv is great in every way. plays great, functions great, and is great for playing the new PS5 Pro on. Best tv i had.
IT'S HUGE!! I love it! It has multiple slots for placing the legs on it, so if you are afraid that it will not fit on your entertainment center at home, you will be in good shape. Crystal clear picture quality and great connect ability with samsung smartphone devices. Highly recommend if you want to have a big screen for watching sports and gaming.
I love the size and the picture quality is amazing. I thought that I would have to purchase a new sound bar, but the Bluetooth feature on the TV is top-tier. I love the sleep design and as big as the TV is, it is not that heavy and it was easy to mount on the wall.
Great picture quality. Chose this to replace a 15 year old 55 inch tv. Great tv features and quality. Only thing that is troublesome is the remote. It’s very sensitive and particular for when it wants to work. Need to be close and pointing at tv in a specific way for it to work. Kind of annoying as we have a big tv room and it won’t work in all the couch spots. It is mounted and sits well on wall.
I purchased my Samsung 85" TV. When I got home I noticed that it wasn't working well. I went to the store to make the change the same day and they told me I had to wait 24 hours. The next day I went and it was not possible for them to make the change since a Walmart associate said that he had manipulated the equipment in its serial numbers, that they would not make the change, another associate arrived who was able to verify that the serial number on the box, The invoice, the label and the internal equipment (Software) corresponded without a doubt. But they still wouldn't make the change and if I didn't leave the store they would call the police, they took the TV and took it to the entrance, they stopped serving me and asked me to leave. they gave me 2 options "You leave the store or we will call the police." I asked for explanations that were never given to me, any logical reason for this attitude from the store associates involved, but it was useless. They only said that they were not obliged to make the change, without giving me any reason, that they were keeping it to themselves and that I should leave. I went home with my TV damaged, what happened was very frustrating for me, my wife and children.
My Tv was delivered to another address and Walmart allowed the person to keep the Tv and told me to wait 10 days to be return my money to my card. This whole situation has cost me time and money big inconvenience and I can’t just purchase from another company because clearly the sale will be over thanks for absolutely both Walmart and taking my money with no product and the person who delivered it to 261 Bergen avenue should be fired my address clearly states 44 Woodlawn but I’m sure she’s enjoying the Tv I bought The driver even took a picture of the wrong person with my Tv never confirmed my name or called me I had to call him because the app said it was delivered
I am so upset about this whole thing they cancel my date twice for them to come and set up my tv and finally the guy comes sfer he installed the wall mount he unpacked the tv put it up on the wall, he then ask me to turn it on and oh my god nothing but red,blue,green yellow lines all over the tv i was so upset about this. on top of it all i still have to pay Affirm every month until they process the return and Affirm don,t give you any of your money back except the portion that walmart refund so i,m out of pocket for something that i don,t have.
The TV’s screen got broken during the delivery. We noticed how the poor organization of boxes caused a whole lot of furniture boxes to fall over the tv right before it was given to use the driver was aware of the damage. We reported it. Requested a new TV because we want the item we paid for, not the money back like they wanted to not confront and solve the situation. Then, we sent the TV back, 15 days in the process, and today, a whole 17 days later they cancel the item because it is not available without any other notice. This process has been poorly managed, and the time it has taken is unacceptable. We are deeply unsatisfied with the poor management of the delivery and the return/“replacement” process thereafter. It is unfair that a customer has to go through this after paying for an item that has arrived broken. Never buying anything in Walmart k
Screen cracked. Should have listened to all the reviews before buying. Always listen to reviews. Never again going to Walmart. Even was told on phone they will exchange it….. got to store. Nope won’t exchange it. Got my refund. Going else where
I hated the tv. Hard to set up. As an example, I set up closed captioning for a show and the next episode wouldn’t have closed captioning. Returned the tv to Walmart and bought a TCL tv with Roku. The Roku tv is easy to set up and is user friendly. I won’t buy any tv without Roku!
