Best price for a TV this size. All features are better than advertised.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for my media room on 6/8/24. The picture was great and offered many great streaming options. I wish there were more than 3 HDMI inputs as I would like to connect more devices. On 9/19/25, after the warranty expired, the screen started to pixelate when using most applications. Shortly after the tv stopped turning on at all. I had the two boards replaced in the tv and it turned back on. Unfortunately, the screen now has a black section in the middle with a red and green lines. I'm a big supporter of Samsung products and will only use Samsung phones. It's sad that the tv lasted only a short time.
I have ordered three of this tv's and ALL were delivered damaged. I have only recived one credit. I have made payments to AMEX for almost $4000 and have no tv.
"The first TV I ordered was received and I'm satisfied. I'm not satisfied with Walmart because they are cancelling additional orders for me and one of my associates. We need a 98"" TV for our Maritime Training Academy and Walmart keeps cancelling the orders. My associate and I have called Walmart several times and a representative called us back and supposedly removed the block for us to re-order. When ""Re-Input"" the order
We've been a fan of Samsung for a long time till last month. So disappointed in the way they treat us. 3hrs of loop me over and over to 3 different departments. I have undeniable physical proof that no user damage occurred. My home security surveillance camera is aimed directly at the TV, and I have captured the exact two-minute window where the TV panel spontaneously cracked while remaining completely untouched. Despite this evidence, I have been unable to get Samsung to properly review my case or honor the warranty. They kept saying “physical damage and is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty”. Please tell me why that the TV was operating under normal conditions for the past month only to find out later on that a crack starts to appear internally not externally?
There was only one delivery driver who delivered the TV. The box was completely destroyed upon delivery, and the TV was shattered everywhere. It's been a few weeks now, and still no refund. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I purchased this tv twice because the first one had a cracked screen when unboxed. The replacement also had a cracked screen with tape on it. The delivery driver said he was told to take a picture of the tape on the the box showing it was damaged before he delivered it.
It was bad from start to finish! Buyers please be aware. This is not sold from Walmart it's a third party over 3000 miles away I received the first 98 in tv completely destroyed. They sent another Tv (but they wouldn't take the first broken tv) it was also broken so we didn't allow them leave it the delivery guys tried to make us accept the delivery with it being damaged (something fell on it crushing the box and back of the tv) I purchased the TV in Dec thinking our team would go to the Super Bowl lol (they didn't 😔) i just received a refund today Feb 9. 25 after waiting months for them to find someone to pick up the damaged tv smh I really wanted to love this TV but trust me Audio and Video made it really hard to. On a positive note the lady at Audio and Video was really nice and apologetic throughout the entire process.
I received a damage. Trying to get it, returned and get one that works still trying to wait for the third-party to get back to me
Came broken, i think the product would have been great if it was working
