Samsung DU7200 85 in in 4K UHD Smart TV, New

Purchased this TV to replace a 65 inch version that was 5yrs old. This is a great TV. It was easy to setup, adjust and navigate. I hav it connected to 4k streaming service and what an amazing view, resolution and color. Definitely recommend it if you are looking at a large format TV.

I'd purchased my 70" Samsung a couple years ago replacing the 55" Samsung do to poor eyesight. As my eyesight was getting worse at 82 years of age, could no longer read the small print at bottom of the screen! I've purchased Samsung products a lot over the years beginning with a 44" model. Starting with that and now with the 70" TV, I'm pleased with all the features that come with it!

I received this new tv as a gift from my husband and let me just say I am absolutely delighted with it. Samsung has always been a top brand in my book, from childhood on. I am a Galaxy girl as well. I can say the phone and tv are alike in many ways. The clarity, resolution, capabilities, and the user friendly construction all make this a home run. I am enjoying all the down time I get with my Samsung and with football season upon us, I have streaming capability at my finger tips, with such a realistic picture, it almost feels like I’m watching from the stadium instead of my bedroom. For our family, we have only ever experienced quality with Samsung and will continue purchasing your products for years to come. This design has the viewer’s enjoyment in mind.

Overall, I would say this is a good TV. I have had it for about a year now. The picture is very good. My only wish is that when you have a very dark scene that the picture to be brighter. At the moment, I have brightness at 100 and it is still too dark . The Wi-Fi connection is OK. I think it could be better. I find there’s a little bit of a drag buffering when I’m using the remote on the various apps. I wish the remote had number buttons on it since I do use over the air and going up and down on the guide is that what I really like. I bought an additional remote to allow for that feature. Overall, I would give this TV an eight out of a 10 and would purchase this television again

Tv works great. The remote is maddening. Tv loves to say use the microphone on the remote; however, Samsung forgot to put a microphone on the remote. Samsung also forgot to put a spacebar on the search screen so it’s really fun trying to search things. Buy a new remote and it’s solved, but for the price of the tv, Samsung could have done much better.

Walmart gave me a broken Television. I ordered the tv on black Friday. Today is Christmas eve, I still don't have a Television. I have called them almost every other day to pick the Television. Their customer service personnel keep lying that they scheduled pick up, yet no one has come to pick the tv neither did they send me a new Television. I have missed work, left work early several times, just to make sure the Television was picked up, yet to no avail. I have never gone through anything like this from any other vendor, not even a small business. My last call yesterday, the 23rd, I asked for a supervisor and I was asked to hold on. I held on for approximately 2 hours, nobody even cared to talk to me, with the damage tv they sent to me.

I've had this Samsung 75 in. UN75DU7200FXZA TV for a little more than a year. Right off the back the colors were dull and not eyepopping like some of my other Samsung TV's. I looked up the best color configurations for this TV and made changes, but the colors still looked flat. The reds were especially bad, they're never clear and always have a dull orange tint to them. I didn't mind so much because it was a good price. After a year and 2 months (2 months out of warranty I was told by Samsung), 2 small horizontal lines of dead and dying pixels appeared that go across the middle of the screen. A small quarter inch vertical sliver overlaps them towards the right of the screen. This was the final straw, I'm getting rid of this TV! I'm not quite done with Samsung, but now I know for next time to get an extended warranty for a cheapy Samsung TV.

This tv was delivered to me damaged I’ve been trying to get in contact with the seller for almost 4 weeks no response at all I’m highly irritated and disappointed that I can’t get this issue resolved I would like a refund at this point

Extremely disappointed. Unit does not operate properly. I have to disconnect it from power multiple times each day to get it to work. This product should be replaced under warranty. Horrible. I do have 3 other Samsung products that perform well.
