Great TV for watching news, or keeping up with show while cooking. I love cooking but hated missing whatever while i made fresh meal. This Solved the problem.

Very Happy with this purchase. Ordered online and it shipped fast through UPS. The 43” fit just where we needed it. Picture is great and love that you can use the sun to charge the remote. Better priced as it is a 2004 model.

It's been well over a decade since I bought my last TV, so I was stunned to discover just how idiot-proof setup was for this one. It had never occurred to me that just turning on the set would prompt setup instructions that included voice assistance and pleasant background music. Oh and yes, the picture's quite nice, too. My only criticism is with the sound, which seems a little weak. Otherwise an outstanding TV.

The description says 120hz display and the received tv is NOT its 60hz

Very nice television has a great picture. The controller is very easy to understand. The only real problem is that very quickly will change your channel or even change to a different programming if I can if the controller is accidentally bumped so make sure your controller isn’t a safe place that is not going to be bothered

I received the wrong item twice, I bought it because it was a 120hz, I have been sent one with 60hz twice. After the first delivery I made an exchange and called customer service to make sure I’ll get the correct item, they ensure me I was gonna be sent the right TV. Second delivery, the delivery instructions were not followed, package was dirty and damaged like it has been dropped many times. It was previously open, just secured by one 2 inch tape and the wrong TV was sent.

Television is posted to be on a 120hz refresh rate, but after spending 30 minutes on the phone with samsung support themself, they were able to tell me thr tv is only 60hz refresh rate

The refresh rate is extremely slow which makes action scenes unbearable, The audio it tinny and no matter what you do it cannot be corrected, The volume level is exceedingly low and if there is any background noise in the room whatsoever the TV cannot be heard. It must be used in a dark room with little or no light because the brightness level is almost non-existent. I will be returning it.

Don’t order online. We purchased two TV’s from Walmart and both arrived damaged. After the second time in a two week period, I was only offered a $25 discount. I asked to speak to a supervisor but all supervisors were too busy to talk with me. All in all, it was an unfortunate experience from such a well respected and large company. I didn’t get the feeling they were interested in keeping me as a customer.
