The sound quality and the bass is really goodand they last long on a full charge. The noise canceling works to perfection and they perfectly fit in your ears. They won't charge if your ear sweats too much so make sure U dry them off.

These are great! I first used them on a flight and the noise canceling feature was everything! So good, I even purchased them for a friend and they fell in love with them too! Great purchase!

product is not as good as advertised to be. my ears hurt after only one hour. active noise cancelling is not as good as promised. samsung really let me down with this one. i verified that they are original with samsung 1 year warranty so that's something.

I had thought that these ear buds was supposed to be right up there for sound quality, functionality, and fit. However, I could not get them to fit snugly in my ears no matter what size of cushion I used on them. I used the fit function on the app and it never passed the fit test. I'm simply not satisfied with these ear buds from Samsung. I would not recommend buying these.

Seller sent the BLACK vetsion. I ordered the WHITE version. Seller needs to pay attention to order invoice OR if sone purposely, should have reached out to state no WHITE version available. Dont buy from them.

Totally disappointed, great sound but you spend the whole time trying to stay in your ears. Tried different size of ear buds with no luck. Finally gave up and went back to my cheap earphones. Would not recommend.

While i actually can't rate the product because i never got the product, I can rate the service that i got or the lack of service provided by the walmart people. I never was allowed to talk to a person from the united states but did talk to many other countries that could not understand the problem. I was informed the delivery would be delayed by three days and then when I finally got the box delivered by FEDEX it was filled with paper but the product was not in the box. I was then told i had to wait and additional 48 hours to contend the purchase, then they would only refund my money instead of sending me the product. Now i have to continue to try to get someone from walmart to contact me and if today is any example it will never hear from anyone and they willl keep my $150.00 Do better walmart, contact me so i can get my earbud3, it will be a very late birthday present.

I did not received my package, the courier is Fedex, I have trusted the courier so I didnt avail protection/insurance, It was delivered in wrong address, proof of delivery was not matched on our house/front door specifically, They told me, my item cant be refunded or not allowed for replacement, $160, all gone, I hope fedex retrieved the item.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM 3RD PARTY SELLER! This is an international product and does not have manufacturer warranty from Samsung. purchase through the actual store or from an authorized seller that has US warranty. Bought in January of 2026 and had little to no issues till recently contacted Samsung and they said these buds came from UAE and there was nothing can do even though its a samsung product. contact seller and nothing they will do.

This particular item was counterfeit and we were scammed. I had to return the item, when my son didn't like how they fit. Initially, walmart wouldn't take the item back and advised they were compromised. Insinuated we didn't do our homework before purchase. I spoke with Customer Service and was assured walmart was in fact responsible for the item since a fraudulent seller slipped through. I was able to return the item and get a full refund all thanks to Muhammad from customer service. I would absolutely purchase authentic Samsung items in the future. This doesn't have anything to do with Samsung itself.
