I'm impressed, and I can honestly say that these are the best earbuds I've ever had. It took me minute to just make myself buy them, because I've wanted them for a long time. But over all I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Great for the money but having an issue finding the right tip that fits. I've swopped from the small to the medium more than twice yet it doesn't feel as snug as the galaxy buds . Considered buying grips to put on them.

This particular item was counterfeit and we were scammed. I had to return the item, when my son didn't like how they fit. Initially, walmart wouldn't take the item back and advised they were compromised. Insinuated we didn't do our homework before purchase. I spoke with Customer Service and was assured walmart was in fact responsible for the item since a fraudulent seller slipped through. I was able to return the item and get a full refund all thanks to Muhammad from customer service. I would absolutely purchase authentic Samsung items in the future. This doesn't have anything to do with Samsung itself.

While i actually can't rate the product because i never got the product, I can rate the service that i got or the lack of service provided by the walmart people. I never was allowed to talk to a person from the united states but did talk to many other countries that could not understand the problem. I was informed the delivery would be delayed by three days and then when I finally got the box delivered by FEDEX it was filled with paper but the product was not in the box. I was then told i had to wait and additional 48 hours to contend the purchase, then they would only refund my money instead of sending me the product. Now i have to continue to try to get someone from walmart to contact me and if today is any example it will never hear from anyone and they willl keep my $150.00 Do better walmart, contact me so i can get my earbud3, it will be a very late birthday present.
