phone came pretty fast for holiday season, and is in great shape. However it wasnt quite what they described, co sd it had 12ram, which in reality only has 8. I should have known, since I bought same phone from different company, but thought maybe this would be different version, it isnt.

I liked phones hearing aid compatibility especially when answering or calling goes straight to hearing aids. However phone has no visual voicemail app which makes it difficult to retrieve voicemail calls or even know if you have them.

Horrible delivery process! We had to sign to receive the phone. I understand why this is a part of the process BUT never in writing or in the phone description before purchasing did it state that a signature was needed. So, you can imagine what happened when it got delivered....... yep! it left with the driver! it would have been proper to be able to pick a time for delivery or even have a warning so i could arrange for delivery some place else. i will not purchase from this seller again

Since the begining the appearance was questionable, brought wrong charging cord but the phone was working. After maybe 10 days the sim card reader stop working. Right now In the process of trying to get a refund.

Do not buy, this phone was advertised as new but when it came it wasn't and it was in really bad condition

i dint find the way to return it,i loss my money the phone was no signal at all,so please if anybody know how can report this purchase please help

The phone is badly damaged cosmetically, gets extremely hot and it's battery runs out quickly. It was listed as a new phone but is used. It still has a sticker on the phone from its last owner. It was advertised as new not used. It does even appear to have been remanufactured.

Buy at Your Own Risk!! The phone was Advertised as Unlocked But when it arrived it was locked. Probably that is why the phone had only a 14-day return period over the X-Mass holidays. Store informed me to contact the seller who never responded to my phone calls. After a back-and-forth emails, they refused my return and added an insult to injury by advising me to gift the locked phone. Luckily Wal-Mart intervened but not before a whole lot of hustle and time wasting.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S21 5G I the bought a phone through the Walmart app, the third part company was ‘Cell Traders '. Upon receiving the phone I contacted the carried to unlock the phone and they informed me that it was stolen. I tried contacting Cell Traders myself but when I called they didn't answer. It was a normal business day between business hours, so to me that shows a lack of professionalism. I had to contact Walmart support and they had to order a replacement for the phone.

Advertised as new but was scratched up. The only thing that was original was the USED PHONE... It appears to work alright but it is definately refurbished!!
