fits great and a great value for the money, I love it!

I recently ordered a phone from Walmart's website and chose to pay through Affirm. The experience with Affirm was awesome - the transaction was smooth and hassle-free. However, issues arose once I received the phone, which was fulfilled by a third-party vender. The phone was advertised as a new, unlocked device from the manufacturer. Upon attempting to activate it with my carrier, we discovered that the phone was actually locked. Further review revealed that the IMEI number on the phone and the e-SIM number on the box label did not match. This misrepresentation weas frustrating, and though the return process went smoothly, I faced another inconvenience. I wanted to exchange the phone rather than return it, but there was no avenue provided for an exchange. In Summary: 1) Walmart Ordering and Fulfillment: The website was easy to use, but the third-party vender provided misleading product information 2) Affirm: The payment process was seamless and user-friendly 3) Third-Party Vender: The phone was not as advertised, causing activation issues and mis-matched identifiers, resulting in a return While my issue was resolved through a return, it would have been more convenient if an exchange option had been available. It's a good enough case... It's not the one i want, but it's been great so far... Other than the spinning handle on the back of the case, which I will refer to as ''flip-stand'' it just isn't connected to the case quite as solidly as the more expensive cases... i would almost give it 5 stars if not for the ''flip-stand ''...

The case itself is just fine. Great color and the ring works exactly as described. The screen protector that came with it doesn't match the picture; it's a plain piece of glass that makes the fingerprint sensor absolutely useless, and doesn't apply bubble-free. The top two corners refused to adhere. I took it off because I couldn't stand looking at it

the case is for an galaxy S21%235g how ever it does not fit my phone. I doubled checked my phone model and the case even shows it is the same. What can be done? I hope this can be replaced. thank you

Item came in perfectly fine I can still use it as a case but didn't like the fact that it didn't show exactly what it showed on the image, it's more of a plastic material rather then what it showed. Not recommended but if you want a case go for it

The first time I purchased this item, I received a very attractive case that had a metallic-looking finish to it. This one couldn't be more different. Very basic red plastic case, not attractive at all. It will get the job done, I'm sure, but I'm not happy with this purchase.
