Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB Phantom Gray Fully Unlocked

First off, I'm completely satisfied with the purchase. The phone was delivered very fast, and there are no scratches or flaws on the frame/screen/back. It's important to remember this isn't a mint condition or unused phone. Mine has slight "screen burn" (residual shadow images burned into the screen that will not go away), but cosmetically it's flawless. Your results may be different, but the price for the phone is worth it and the quality is great!

love it. fast phone, tons of space and couldn't be the price, its refurbished but looked practically new , would recommend 100 percent!

the screen was in shape but the edges the back were all scratched up when it says like new it should be like new.. it would have said it was in good condition I would have gave a five stars but when you say it's like new should be new

The phone is very scratched, looks very used, was even dirty, and the screen protector had bubbles. I had it on for 30 minutes, and the battery dropped 25% without using it. The price is good, but I expected something less used.

The phone was not totally restored to like me condition. For example the keyboard is not competent qwerty. A few of the letters are misplaced. Battery doesn't hold a charge as well as it should. Week not buy again

i didn't like anything about this phone. Super sensitive, I'd be reading an article and as I'm reading, the article would be taken over by ads. At one point, it's on the night stand and i hear a woman's voice. I realized it had come in and i wasn't even touching it. Awful.

the phone has been on a fast charger for an hour and is only 3 percent

The wrong phone was sent to me, but I will say the return was super easy. So kudos to thrm on that end.

i didnt get to try the item. it came in poor condition, i paid for "like new" . damaged case, durt in the charging port.

way below my expectations, im not happy with the product at all, and to my biggest disappointment, i w sent the phone to African, and it's not working for them. im not buying a phone with Walmart anymore.
