This phone is awesome it does everything I ask of it , and more . The memory capacity rocks . It's easy to use , looks pretty cool , great camera quality . Picture resolution is freaking awesome . Fits perfect in my hand . The sound quality is magnificent couldn't ask for better sound . I have recommended this phone to all my friends and family 3 of them got this same phone . I can't put it down for 20 minutes its got me hooked .

I've always been impressed with Samsung phone cameras but this bad boy has a night mode that grabs the light that is available & uses it to brighten the picture. Super clear videos on 4K as well. I could go on & on & by the time I'm done you'll probably have one ordered. The battery also last a heck of a lot longer!

i saw a few bad reviews and was a little nervous after buying this phone. but the phone came in an unopened Samsung box and is in PERFECT condition. I have Straighttalk, and i was able to effortlessly switch my phones. i love this phone. im so excited!

I was happy getting a new phone. However, I am very disappointed that my Galaxy 2 watch will not sync. I loved that it worked well with my Galaxy S 20 plus phone, connected by Bluetooth. We are retired, and I can't pay for a sim card for my watch servi9ce and my phone service too! You need to make a fix for this (says unable to find connection) Love this watch and like the new phone but if I could use them together It would be heaven

i ordered a violet colored phone but received a white phone. but it wasnt a problem. was offered a refund or the right phone for the mixup. thank you. i love my new phone

The seal was broken on both phones, and I ordered 1 pink and 1 violet.. I received 2 violet.. i hate violet.,...i was looking forward to the pink.

it got hot and shut down and wont power back up. need a new one or a refund

I bought an unlocked phone for Straight Talk through this seller. The phone would not connect to Straight Talk, so I took a chance and called Verizon and was able to set it up on a contract line. However, the phone kept overheating, and the screen would shut off within 20 minutes, taking forever to turn back on. I only had it for four days when it wouldn't turn back on, no matter what we tried. Thank goodness I got insurance through Verizon and was able to get a replacement phone for free. The weird thing is, the phone I bought from this seller is purple, but when I gave it to Verizon, the SIM card showed that the phone is supposed to be black. This whole purchase has been a nightmare, and if it wasn't for Verizon, I would have been out 260 dollars. I would never purchase from here again.

I have had this phone for 2 months. 2 days ago, I started getting a message that said to put a sim card in the phone. Yes, I had a sim card in it. Yes, I've contacted my carrier. yes, i have done all the things to try to fix it. including my carrier assigning an esim card. Fixed it for about 1 hour. then started with the message about adding a sim card again. yesterday my phone stopped charging. It will not charge anymore. I'm not sure if this phone is a dud or if all Galaxys are crap. by the way, I have contacted the seller who tells me to do the things I have already done. Except now he wants me to contact a different carrier for a sim card. ?

I paid for new phone but Walmart sent used phone, tried calling customer care but they keep on transferring to other department and finally the issue did not resolved. Walmart is not taking responsibility and asking to contact 3rd Cero Distributors. Planning to file case against Walmart with proofs.
