I love my new Samsung Galaxy phone. it's very lightweight and I love that everything can be customized for myself. it was very easy to set up and that's not easy for me usually.

Purchased to replace my 10 yr old HTC 530. Assume this phone was brand new as looked like it for sure. Unlocked and Verizon wanted $65 to change simm and download data. Used the Samsung Smart Switch software (instructions on Google), did it myself in less than 60 minutes. Put old simm card in new phone, no issues. Amazing. Phone is 20 times faster than old one and very easy to get used to. For $139 greatest value and might last another 10yrs!

not what I expected a lot smaller than what I had before I wanted something bigger the screen looks like it's a 5 in the mic on it is in the odd place when I speak into it word for word it scribbles they accessibility is not agreed at all overall not what I expected thinking about returning it when I wanted something a lot larger.

The phone would not connect to any network, not even WiFi.

Was sold as “Excellent Condition” but has lots of scratches on sides and camera area. Would not recommend purchasing.

Received this item and the first red flag was that it was not sold/marketed as a used or refurbished item but came in a regular shipping box bubbled wrapped with absolutely nothing but the tool to remove the sim and the charging cable. No manufacturers box or manual was included. I went through the setup still optimistic only for it to immediately start giving errors and malfunctioning. I completed a hard reset, hoping that would clear the issue, but it did not. Extremely disappointing.

If I could give negative stars I would. The item I received is not only not factory unlocked it is actually carrier locked to Verizon and not even the model number the listing claimed, so completely useless for my needs. Also the scuffed up corners and C port condition make this item nowhere close to the "excellent condition" it was listed as.

had phone for 2 weeks and it keeps shutting off. screen goes black every time i answer a video call, regular call, click on an app, etc. and i have to power it back on.

Phone looks nice but when signing into the phone, it just started blinking on and off then a screen pops up saying Error with UI. Sending it back for a refund and never again purchasing from a third party on Walmarts app.
