Samsung Galaxy S24 256GB US Version, Unlocked Android Smartphone with 50MP Camera, 8K Video, Long Battery - Onyx Black

I needed a new phone to arrive by 5/13 at the latest. I had already ordered a phone from Samsung that was supposed to arrive by 5/10, but on 5/10 I could see that the phone was not even shipped yet and probably wouldn't be sent for another week, so I ordered that same phone from Walmart and received a $90 discount, and it was delivered on time on 5/13. Great work!

I love the options for colors that was available upon purchase, and the quality when I received it was amazing. The set up for the item was flawless even for someone who has kept the same product for many years before switching. The price was agreeable considering the product, vendor, arrival date, and packaging. I love shopping through Walmart!

great phone great service overall.

Too small, lacks features. can't return. I only had 15 days according to my information. It is sitting on my desk in the original box. Unused. I am using the S24 Ultra that I ordered later.

It's faster than the S23. The marble gray color looks great. Phone gets incredibly hot, way hotter than any Galaxy phone I've had before, especially while charging. Display colors are dull and washed out. Even natural mode on the S24 looks much worse than natural mode on a S23. Pictures with the S24 camera look worse than from the S23. There is very little sharpness regardless of whether or not the advanced intelligence options and/or scene optimizer are being used on either device. I had compatibility issues with some apps even though they ran just fine on my S23 which also has Android 14. The AI features were neat to play around with but ultimately they felt more like a gimmick rather than something useful. Maybe there's still more to come?

i like the Samsung phones and have had several. But, the s24 has been nothing but trouble. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone ( a borrowed phone because my s24 was not working) over the last 5 days with straight talk customer service. 1 night was 2 1/2 hours. Finally it is working for now. But did give some minor problems earlier. This may be my last Samsung phone?????.

It required a signature, and yet it was left on the porch without a signature. Then theirs an issue with a made-up number getting codes to transfer from 1 phone to the other phone. I'm highly disappointed at the moment... will update if things get figured out 🤷‍♀️

I purchased this phone which claims to be a "US Version", however I discovered after an hour on the phone with Samsung that it is in fact a "Global Version". A number of differences but one major one is that it doesn't support wifi calling. My Verizon tech support could not change this and neither could the Samsung Tech support after an hour on the phone.

The phone is great. I have to say I've had the worst customer service ever. Ever pick any of the 3 stores near me and each one is worst than the other. And I called corporate customer service and she hung up on me. Obviously I going to any website I can find and post a review of the deplorable service at Walmart

Total disappointment. Buy a different phone. The S24 has a serious firmware bug that prevents the user from answer ANY calls. Calls can only be answered while the phone is unlocked and the Phone App is running which is never the case. I spent all day searching and testing to find a work around for this. You have to set the Vol Up button to answer calls or change it to single tap under Interaction and Dexterity because it is not possible to do a swipe of the green answer icon even though it senses being touched. The average user will never be able to figure this out. Seriously a phone that can't answer calls! Shame on you Samsung.
