I needed a new phone to arrive by 5/13 at the latest. I had already ordered a phone from Samsung that was supposed to arrive by 5/10, but on 5/10 I could see that the phone was not even shipped yet and probably wouldn't be sent for another week, so I ordered that same phone from Walmart and received a $90 discount, and it was delivered on time on 5/13. Great work!

Trading in my Galaxy 7 for the S24 was a big change. If you like lots of techy stuff this is the phone for you. I prefer less techy stuff and am still learning how it all works. Perfect size to fit in my pants pockets or purse. Glad I finally updated my phone to the S24.

I had a Google Pixel phone that just died on me without any warning. I'm glad I switched to the S24. Easy to set up. Just logged into my Gmail and everything appeared without having to transfer info from my old dead phone. Haven't really tried out the AI stuff yet. Love he way it integrates seamlessly with my Galaxy watch5, TV and Buds pro 2. Not going back to a Google phone.

We're traveling internationally several time this year so while there was nothing wrong with my A52, I bought the phone because it has dual sim card slots to use cards in Europe. I like the size of the phone and it has all of the features I need. I also love the new camera and the ability to shoot in raw. The F1.4 stop lens is great for night photography. As an astrophotographer, it 's very handy in taking some foreground test shots.

Replaced my S10 with this S24 because the S10 battery life was getting short. Big improvement in speed and much better screen even though marginally larger screen than S10. No operational quirks noted. Migration from S10 using Samsung software was nearly flawless. However compared to the S10, this phone feels "clunky" as it does not have the sleek rounded edges and is thicker than the S10. The S-View cover for this phone is not nearly as nice as the one on my S10.

I lost my phome and needed a replacement as well as an upgrade. This was an easy process for purchase. The care plan is phenomenal as well. This was a better purchase decision than one of those lease options the phone companies offer with better coverage too.

i like the Samsung phones and have had several. But, the s24 has been nothing but trouble. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone ( a borrowed phone because my s24 was not working) over the last 5 days with straight talk customer service. 1 night was 2 1/2 hours. Finally it is working for now. But did give some minor problems earlier. This may be my last Samsung phone?????.

Total disappointment. Buy a different phone. The S24 has a serious firmware bug that prevents the user from answer ANY calls. Calls can only be answered while the phone is unlocked and the Phone App is running which is never the case. I spent all day searching and testing to find a work around for this. You have to set the Vol Up button to answer calls or change it to single tap under Interaction and Dexterity because it is not possible to do a swipe of the green answer icon even though it senses being touched. The average user will never be able to figure this out. Seriously a phone that can't answer calls! Shame on you Samsung.

It required a signature, and yet it was left on the porch without a signature. Then theirs an issue with a made-up number getting codes to transfer from 1 phone to the other phone. I'm highly disappointed at the moment... will update if things get figured out 🤷‍♀️
