I have been waiting for 3 years for Samsung to release a tablet that has a fingerprint security more storage and an S-pen. This tablet is fast enough that I won`t have delays while sketching. It can store all my work in a 256gig micro SD. About time and we'll done Samsung.
I got this tablet about a week ago and I'm still discovering things. This one replaces a Note A and except for the brand name there is little in common. I realize that every new generation should be better than the one it replaces and this is no exception. The display just blows the Note away. The four speakers sound good and the way the sound moves from speaker to speaker depending on positioning of the tablet is cool. Software is fast and I've had no hang ups or lag so far. Battery life is OK and I've made no effect to improve it. I run the screen bright and tend to minimize programs rather than close them so I tend to have lots of things running in the background. If the S3 is in budget get it. You should be happy with it.
I've been using Samsung galaxy products for 4 years now, and this tablet is a fantastic addition to their high end line up. The pen is very responsive and accurate. The battery lasts a while and charges quickly. It's light weight and comfortable in the hands. Price is kind of high, but expected. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My one beef is that there's no place to store the S Pen, and let's face it, the S Pen is a major functional addition if you're looking for power user functionality. That said, the tablet itself is just what you'd expect a new model tablet to be: Fast, smooth, excellent battery life. I'm a little disappointed that the resolution isn't higher, but not disappointed enough to take off even a single star from my rating. The price is high, but I did buy early, so I can't even complain about that. If I wanted it cheaper, I could have waited for it to come down.
I have been using this tablet for two weeks now and am very happy with it. The screen is the clearest I've seen on any android tablet, even better than my previous Note Pro 12. Great sound out of the quad speakers. The pen feel gets better with each new model and this one feels more natural. 32g storage gives me plenty of room for my books and magazines and videos and the processor speed keeps them smoothly running. Only complaint is where to store the pen. It's a little pricey to replace, so keep track of it.
My Galaxy Tab S3 Tablet was priced right, shipped fast and easy to set up. Display is incredible ; Big, bright and vivid. Enough power to heavy multi-task and not miss a beat. If you own an android phone then you will be right at home using this tablet. Highly recommend! #sweepstakes
I love this tablet. Fast, clear, and dare I say sexy. Very happy with this excellent tablet, I extended the memory and it has been a total lifesaver when traveling. Love it.
Love this tablet. Fast response for everything. Great sharp images on display screen. The pen is a great feature. The pen has a natural feel to it. I've been using it for everything. It is especially great for doing sketches and painting.
I have had several samsung tablets over the years beginning with the tab 1. This has a great sound and a great picture. Some of my games look different because of the 9.7" screen but i have adjusted. I like the S pen but there is no secure place to hpld it. There is a magnet on the side opposite the controls but easy to dislodge. You have to get the keyboard cover to have a secure place. Surprising the S pen is not electrical The usb charge plug has no wrong way to insert, nice!
I have owned 3 Samsung Tablets. All are expensive. All have a ton of advanced features and all come with defects and serious problems that require sending back. The worst part is that Samsung has never repaired one of my devices successfully. The Tab S3 screen can get skitzy. The solution is to turn on the S-Pen - go figure. I am a power user and the speed is not suitable for business applications. In fact, if you are thinking of this for business, don't buy. Also, the Tab 3 will completely freeze. A hard reboot or S-Pen will work. They don't have any place to put the S-Pen on the device. These are expensive and easy to lose. Was that planned to sell more expensive S-pens or just very poor Samsung design? I bought the Note Pro 12'2" for $1,195 and it was a complete waste of money. The structure was not strong enough to support the size and wiggle causes the power wires to break from the battery. They fix and it breaks again within months. And Samsung will never replace a broken device. If you are looking for a very expensive device to surf and watch TV, the resolution is gorgeous. But if you travel with it much, it will break. I was also a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 owner - the exploding phone. And what makes all this worse is Samsung's tech support is arrogant. I do love my Samsung Big Screen and Audio devices. However have had 100% problematic small electronic device problems since 2014 including the $1,500 Ultrabook.
