really good great quality and the battery last like 2 days and few hours extra love the watch
I was so excited to receive this device and after seeing all the other features I didn't even know about... I just can't recommend it enough. love it
I love how easy it was to set the watch up. its very customizable. I can get a lot of different watch faces and also add widgets. It synced effortlessly to my Note 9 and its light on my wrist. The only thing I dont like is not being able to make or receive calls on it.
I have not tested the waterproof of it but so far has been good does not completely track all my workouts u have to stay 100% in position for it to read the battery life is not as good as I was expecting but usually last almost 24 hours if u leave buttons alone
everything you try and do on this watch it tells you go see your phone not if I have to go see my phone what do I need this watch for I got it because if I have my phone in my hand all the time I can't do stuff so I thought I would be able to answer calls do messages and stuff on this watch and I cannot do any of that so I'm returning it, it's pointless!
I bought this as an upgrade from a Garmin Forerunner 35 as I wanted a touchscreen. Whilst its a better looking watch I actually prefer the Garmin and may go back to it. I have realized that the touchscreen really doesn't add anything to the functionality of a watch. The battery is pretty terrible if you wanted to use it to track a long bike ride or something I'm not sure it would last to be honest. I guess the more features a watch has the more its going to drain the battery. I don't like Samsung health at all, the sleep tracking is really inaccurate although most of the time I have to charge the watch at night so the feature becomes useless anyway. I find Garmin connect a much better app in general. I love Samsung phones and have had them for the last 8 years but I'm really disappointed with this watch. I think if you have never owned any kind of smart or fitness watch then this is an affordable nice option but for those who have I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately.
After many tries at adjusting various features to reduce battery usage it was evident it came no where close to the advertised 80 hour battery life for even the basic functions. I even tried contacting Samsung for help on this issue which was pretty much useless. The reason I bought it was to replace my Fitbit, and mainly so I could listen to Spotify when running. It was between this watch and the new Fitbit equivalent but since I had a Samsung S9 I thought the they would be more compatible and it would be a seamless type of experience. Quite the opposite. The Bluetooth keeps cutting out and has to reconnect. If I keep the watch 1 or 2 feet from my ear pods it is OK, anything further it keeps dropping the connection. I bought because I thought they would be good fit with my Samsung phone. I am now turned off by everything that's Samsung. I am ditching their phone and TV's for better quality and customer service. Be warned people, their products and quality as well as their customer service has really taken a turn for the worst anymore, look somewhere else.
The device was not shipped in the original Samsung package. The device was not shipped with instructions The device was defective. I still have not been able to return the device. I called Walmart customer service three times already and they have not provided me with a solution yet.
Newest software update makes this watch useless. It won't vibrate or sound when you have notifications or calls. Also even though his has a microphone you cannot take calls on the watch. It sends you to your phone. I would highly discourage this purchase.
When setting up my watch, it was stuck on 'finishing pairing' for hours .... I did a google search and found this to be a common problem. As the watch was brand new I didn't want to start out with a problem, so I returned it. I was also disappointed in the short battery life, which confirmed my decision to return it.
