Superb detail and clarity whatever we watched Seriously smooth on motion and action shots The Colours are crisp and vibrant, the blacks are deep and defined and even the audio was a surprise out of the box…. Forget about the expensive sound bar Lots of features and functions….. possibly too many at times to get your head around at first The only negative for me is the standard (full button) remote that is smaller than my old one and sits too low now in the hand for you to easily access the navigation buttons with your thumb that used to be higher up on and easily accessible on the older remotes
The picture and sound are fantastic . I ordered it just as the tariffs hit the market so I was a little skeptical about getting it as promised but there was no issues on the sellers part and was delivered within 10 days. 5 stars
So the TV has amazing visuals that are stunning and sound is very good. So far it's working like it's supposed to. Unfortunately the Walmart customer service has been subpar. Second picture shows a crack near the coax. I told them Day 1 and went through the hurdles of calling Walmart customer service (they only offered a refund and not replacement) yet they wouldn't price match as the TV had gone up $400 dollars. Was then told to call Beach Camera which was the supposed vendor and that it was “their” product. Called Beach Camera and they said the order was in fact fulfilled by a Walmart DC and that they should replace it since it was in their possession. Neither wants this on their hands apparently. Lastly both did say TV has a 1 yr manufacturer warranty and if anything goes wrong Samsung should replace it. The thing is I've seen enough YouTube videos to know that Samsung inspects these sets. Either by sending someone to your home or when you ship it in somewhere. If they see that crack they'll more than hold me liable meaning I'm out my money and in a lose-lose-lose situation. Yeah lose 3 times. So just disappointed in customer service is all. Walmart do better.
The TV was exactly what I wanted but shipping from Arizona like I'm sure from about any place. It got damaged I suppose during transport and when I got it went to the trouble of putting it all up the screen was cracked like an egg.
Possibly the worst retail transaction I have ever had the displeasure of taking part in. The tv was delivered to the wrong address, just dropped off at a random house, and when I sent 5 hours tracking it down and getting it back to my place the screen was completely shattered. Horrible service. But I did order another tv and it came on the wrong day and guess what it was broke too. I've spent over $3000 on tvs from Walmart and 2 weeks later and a couple of days off of work to receive said tvs here I sit with no tv and a whole lot of frustration and anger. I would advise against buying from Walmart.
The TV came unusable, from a 3rd Party Retailer (Waltz TV), and took more than a week for it to be collected and shipped back. I won't buy Major Electronics from Walmart again.
It stopped working and Walmart has the worst customer service, took several attempts for them to say to get help from Samsung. Worst worst customer service from Walmart
Didn't receive the TV until 2 to 3 weeks after ordering. It was on Tulsa Oklahoma for a week at a receiving station. TV was damaged when it got here. Very disappointed.
i received the tv smashed up and unusable and they are telling me i need to wait 48hrs for a solution
Showed up with a broken screen. Has been a month now and no credit or pick-up. Had to cancel American Express to deny charges. Stay away
